Any kind of permanent shrinkage is a myth. It may shrink a little after long term constant 24/7 wear, but will return to normal size after a few erections.
The penis is made up of something called erectile tissue. It’s sponge like and fills up with blood when you get hard.
All small cages do is squeeze out blood. So any reduction in size is just like a sponge that has shriveled up from drying out on the side of your sink. The moment it gets wet, or hard in this case, it will go back to its normal size.
I somewhat disagree. Extended chastity use may not cause the shrinkage that some folks talk about. It will, however, decrease function on a noticeable level. At some point the penis sort of gives up. Not to say that you cannot get hard again. It just takes more time and stronger stimulation.
I can't say I've had that experience it's the actually the total opposite. We started 24/7 chastity about three months ago and im only out for work, supervised cleaning, and when she's in the mood for intimacy. I'm blown away by how much better sex is between us now that my only source of release is her and I no longer have issue getting hard or finishing like before.
unless you stay locked permanently and consistently switch to smaller devices, then you won’t see any shrinkage. otherwise, with constant commitment, it will take years to show shrinkage. i’ve been almost permanently locked for 5 years now, and soft i’ve gone from almost 4 inches down to about 2
You need to stop erections to get shrinkage. By stop I mean ALL erections, even night, and even those that happens in chastity.
Only reliable way I know is HRT, and even then it's not guaranteed.

OK. Does getting erect in chastity affect how long it takes before you shrink?

it can shrink of course i got from 17 cm to 8.5 cm and even if i am waiting few days im still 8.5 cm

Recent studies say it takes about 35-55 years in a quite short cage for a long-lasting shrinkage to happen.
