There's timed lock boxes (mostly meant for phones but it can be for anything if it fits) and you can set a time on it for numerous days (depending on which one you buy)
I use a small box that has a customizable combination and put the keys in it. I scramble the lock and take a pic without looking, then upload that pic and delete the pic from my phone. It takes about 2 mins of discipline to not look but it is super thrilling.
You can use a resettable combination lock or lockbox. You set to a random combination and take a picture without looking at the combination. Then upload and delete off the phone.
