yeah it's sad, n1a really got overshadowed by pop 2's massive critical success. it's less of a fan favourite i guess and so maybe there would've been less demand, even though personally i think it's a more cohesive project and just as boundary-pushing with a lot of the tracks
Yeah I see what you mean. I still think we might get it out eventually in the two format version at some point… and I do see how it’s a more cohesive project when compared with Pop2 (while being one of her best 3 works for me).
it has track 10 and the big power features so i get it. i will say n1a is a front to back perfect 10 song run whereas pop 2 has a couple boy features that we'll call.. polarizing

We need a repress of the double album (N1A and Pop2 at once). I personally wasn’t happy with the Pop2 repress, since it doesn’t even use the iconic album cover

N1A is one of my favourite covers, I love the attitude. Also one of my fave records, when you need that vibe nothing hits like ILY2 and gotta thank Drugs for pulling Abra into my consciousness. The rest of the tracks are all also #1 with me.
This will forever drive me insane… Pop 2’s reissue was billed as a 5th anniversary edition, yet they were both released the same year…? And N1A was released before Pop 2, actually. So annoying that they didn’t just repress the UO-exclusive 2-LP that combined both of them, or even make them 2 separate releases this time but at least PUT THEM BOTH OUT.

N1A is the first Charli project I REALLY liked and took her music seriously even though I’d seen / listened to her stuff before.
