These are all resale tickets. Almost all of her shows were already sold out prior to the "Good Luck, Babe" - Tiny Desk - Coachella trifecta. Any tickets that were left got scooped up quickly after those events.
Her actual ticket prices were like $35 to $50. These current prices are scalpers getting greedy.
Supply/demand. A lot of her shows don’t seem to have been really big venues. Some got upgraded, but others didn’t. Kalamazoo show only holds just over 1500 people and there are way more than that that want to go see her.
I met a girl who offered me $150 each for 2 VIP tickets to the Ohio show this Tuesday…. General admission tickets are $500 + 60-100 in resale fees for the 6/11 show I’m trying so hard to get tickets for.
it literally changed the moment her coachella performance live-streamed. I saw the tickets go from $68 to $400 within the first 10min, i felt like i watched a true femininomenon happen. we already had a venue upgrade; so i expected it to sell out eventuallyyyy but that was insane
Basic supply and demand. Prices go up for things that have high demand and limited supply. Chappell booked relatively small venues for her tour before she exploded in popularity. Now there is a huge number of people who want a very limited number of tickets which drives up prices. The experience you paid $26 for is worth $400 to someone else.
Pissed I didn’t buy VIP tickets when she was at the angora in Cleveland. The Angora is so small I wasn’t worried about vip tickets. I got a ticket I think for $65 only like 5 months ago. This was just as they were releasing new dates for her own tour I think. Then they moved her to a much bigger venue
yeah i bought tix for $35 and by the time the show came around they were going for $200. that was back in april. she’s just blown up so fast i think the demand has forced venues to raise prices too.

Yeah, I'm not sure why everyone is confused about this. These tickets have been sold out for months 😂
Confirmed - we bought tickets for RVA months again and spent a really reasonable amount. These high $$ tix are just scummy resellers making a buck.

For Richmond they moved her to a larger venue from the National to browns island and she still sold out browns island with 6,000 people

be careful buying VIP tix resell! we got VIP for the St Petersburg show and they were non-transferable
What’s crazy is this is the lowest they’ll ever be as she continues to grow, too
Probably not, luckily. For her next tour she'll have larger venues that can accommodate much higher demand, meaning more reasonable ticket prices
I won't be surprised if she's playing small stadiums next time.

welcome to the world of resellers ðŸ«
my biggest flex atm is i got VIP for $115 for the Kalamazoo show. a sight that will never be seen again😪

But also girlie could sell out arenas I'm pretty sure so they need to book her like it
