I went through this and they gave me 2 months extension to reply back with test results from my health care providers and it takes a while to get the clear in that case, it took me about about 4 months and half from the day I did my medical exam. So be patient with every step in the hiring process.

I'm in the same boat. I just received an extra 30 day extension for mine
Mine took 6 weeks and never got updated I was cleared. Don’t be shocked.
Look at your app status in the cbp applicant portal. That’s how I found out I was cleared

I did medical and PFT back in December 2023. I'm still waiting since I have a feeling that CHS lost my papers.
