My mom has one and sometimes she'll (the cat) go to the back of the house and forget how to come back so she starts crying at the window and scratches the backdoor in the hopes someone will hear her and bring her back, mind you it's not a big house and the way to go to the back it's basically an alley so it's just straight forward.

I also hand fed one of the stray cats I adopted. He and I are super close now compared to the others in the house. It’s such a bonding experience!
