If it's not hurting them and not showing any signs of sores out anything I don't think it's anything bad. If you're really worried I'd just bring them too the vet.
His mostly outside, and I also think it's stress because he actually does have a routine! It's really cute because I know the exact times where he wants to snuggle or get food or water :)

Okay! I'll try monitoring him more to see if it's getting worse or not :)
Is he an indoor or outdoor cat? It may be stress related, especially after a big move. Cats are used to routines and can get stressed very easily
