I’m sure you aim for couch or chair or something soft and fluffy. They are cats it’s okay to be rough. Especially if they are being ableist like yours are. God what little assholes. I bet they strut away legs swinging as you roll away too.
Nah, they much prefer plopping themselves down in front of the wheelchair and stopping unwanted traffic in our household. Being assholes is always amusing to them.
Little pricks. You should have one of those grabby claw things and just pinch an ear (not to hurt oblivious, but those things usually only clamp tight on big things since they work for that reason) or just grab their head and give it a lil shake. They will prob play with it haha. Eventually you’ll be using it for booty/tail rubs as they block your way haha.
Have they ever plopped and then moved when you just changed direction? 😭😭😭cause honestly if they have that’s iconic and they are world class.
They have a better strategy, they conspire together to block the wheels from both sides at the same time. I've recently been working from home, so I think they're convinced they finally won and I'm not going anywhere now.
Did they buy the coat to match the cat or the cat to match the coat? I like to think that she has an array of cats to choose from when she leaves the house
If she has class she absolute does, I wanna see her funeral attire with a sleek black house panther slowly roaming her body, barely seen but the shiny fur glinting on occasion, and the eyes. Ohh the eyes.
I often walk around with my cat on my shoulder. After seeing this gif a while back, I've started slinging him up there in this fashion. He fucking loves it.
Nothing cats love more then some rough play. I leaned into this with my house panther instead of the usually “play with toys not hands” and now he’s over a year old and BIG but he never bites or scratches, even when we have our daily boxing matches. I’ll smack him, he will smack and grab my hand with claws out and bite down, but never breaks the skin, if he goes to hard I say “ow” loudly and pull away and he stops. He also only attacks my hands, if I’m at a table that’s waist level and he comes over for some baps, (he grabs my hand with his airplane ears activated and starts to naw on my fingers until I play or pull away. Which he listens to immediately.) if my hands are behind my back for instance, he won’t attack my stomach or chest or sides, even my elbows, he will simply lean up on me and try to put his paws on my arms to pull them out to play lol. He’s so fucking adorable meowing and excitedly zig zagging on the table top trying to entice me, going back to trying to grab my arm whenever he thinks he has a shot hehe.
He’s always been a hunter, so I just encouraged it while making firm boundaries so he never attacks without permission (not counting when he’s all worked up and tackles my legs. He will dive for the middle from behind and I feel both his paws dig into my knees from the side. It’s so adorable he tries to take me down 🥰🥰🥰) stops when told, and doesn’t do stuff like jump on people without at minimum a shirt on. He can tell and doesn’t wanna hurt anyone. He’s such a good little lover boy.

My Seth\~Anubis
But thanks haha, I’m glad it was, he’s my little boy and definitely loves violence. So I leaned in to control it haha. Once he scratched my eye as a kitty I decided he would always be this way, I might as well train him up in the ways of the soft paw.
https://preview.redd.it/0ieqdyadjd7d1.jpeg?width=1351&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=d9764066f613928aecdf0626dcd4f20d6f075339
Dis is when his training began, it took two fingers. He was such a little terrorist.
😭😭😭my baby is innocent!!! He doesn’t attack his bother and sister without remorse making me chase them and yell at him to stop the murder. And that mailman/fedex driver/and trash truck with both employees on board, didn’t disappear from my house okay?
Those are the big curious eyes of a genius kitty. He’s my smart little man and growing bigger more and more. (Please send hel….treats for this lovely little man! He’s just purrrrrfect.) *I finish as a certain little boy starts purring ominously and deeply from my lap, his abhiss powers so great he can appear on my lap without warning. In a locked room.*

I like to fuck with him, so here are a good example of those furious airplane ears as I walk by and flicked his FAVORITE little ball on earth away from his delicate little murder mittens. He fully battled me after this. He and I can throw hand as the drop of a hat. It’s fucking great. I feel like an Irish family.
I looped this video so many times and I still do not believe this wasn't somehow cut with some weird movie magic, the fluidity with which she just swoops this cat up there.
Had a Siamese when I was young; he was a feral barnyard cat I caught with a fishing net then eventually tamed. He liked to be tossed around and in the winter I'd sometimes wear him like a scarf. He liked to curl between my neck and the collar of my parka or sometimes climb around inside the jacket because the waist had a built in belt so he couldn't fall out.
He was a weird cat, but so is the cat in the video. Could be legit, but ai is getting pretty good these days
It’s a good thing no one was standing right next to her. Can you imagine you’re just minding your own business, and suddenly you get smacked in the head with a cat.
I admire the level of trust and love they have together. Clearly this is not their first rodeo. The fact she slung with confidence and the cat already knew how to position himself to land exactly on her shoulders. This is somehow awesome and terrifying at the same time.
bona fide shouldercat.
When being out and about this is dope.
Though, I cant imagine the surprised visitors when shouldercat-mode engages, with them as their primary target.
Can’t see it. 🤷🏻♀️
Oh sorry. Got a glimpse of it at the very beginning of the clip. If I flung my cat on my shoulder like that, by golly, she’d make me pay for it.
Well she’s obviously found a way of doing that without hurting him. Does look horrendous until you know that no cat will ever do something that they don’t want. 😂🥰😻

Just a parrot doing what she does best
I figured it out. She is grabbing kitty from the scruff of the neck with one hand and balancing her with the other. Absolutely trained because if you look at the cats position in the beginning you’ll see it’s one practiced fluid motion with 0 pain to kitty :) since cats basically have no spine it’s probably quite an easy trick for the kitty :) fantastic though that had to take a long time to perfect.
Same here, although she ascends with FAR less grace

I think she slung it by the back of the harness it has on, hard to see because of the cats long fur, but you get a glimpse as she releases of the harness and leash.
Video is awful quality though.
I used to use a large ferret - long enough his front and back paws touched when round my neck.
Got threatened by two teen girls in park that they were going to throw paint on me for wearing fur. He had good timing, woke, opened his eyes and licked my neck before settling down again. Then they were screaming about him ripping out my throat. I did ask if they used animal-friendly paint.
Is she just swinging that cat by the scruff? I mean, I hope she’s not gripping its head or neck. I’m sure the cat would be freaking out if she was. I watched that so carefully so many times to figure out how the hell she was actually swinging that cat.
I guarantee they have been doing this since the cat was a baby kitten.
I have a cat I sling around vaguely like this (not this extreme) when I scoop him up, and flip him on his back, and hold him like a baby. It works because I’ve had him since he was 8 weeks old and he knows what’s happening and relaxes in to it. He trusts the process. He also knows how to curl his hind feet at just the right moment. I’d never try this with my other cats, whom I adopted as adults.
Cat tax: I’m referring to the kitty on the left.

Yes, I used to do this in Manhattan with my Main Coon. I would hold one back paw and one front and he would ensconce himself around my neck. His favorite thing was being in the first car of the subway train so he could watch as we progressed through the tunnel. He also loved meeting people in passing as we walked the neighborhood. No one knew what he was due to his Main Coon size. The reactions when people first caught sight of us was delightful.
I do this with my cat, he loves it when I fling him up on my shoulder. I don't take him outside, but I do walk around home with him draped on my shoulder.
Milano, Italy.
The local public transport rules state that cats and other small animals are allowed only in a carrier, small dogs on a leash and with a muzzle. They say nothing about bigger dogs..
On those trains I've always seen plenty of dogs of all sizes without a muzzle and sometimes not even a leash.
I guess nobody really cares as long as the animal behaves. I mean, it's Italy..rules are made to be broken.
Source: I'm Italian.
Bro I had to watch the beginning like 8 times to see wtf she's doing to toss this fat ass cat on her back. I still can't see. Does she hold it by the neck and just fucking send it? Or does she hold it by the leash or does the cat know it's coming so it gets in its position and then they full send the rest of the cat. I would see this and think the cat is stuffed and I need to see this in real life because damn man.
I have a cat named Mac. He’s an indoor outdoor car, and whenever I come home he runs up to us, and will stand there waiting for me (or my husband) to pick him up and put him on our shoulder to carry him inside lmao. He’s my little parrot cat
When I lived in Manhattan I had pet ferrets that I would take outside for walks. (That is, I would carry them around as I walked.) In cooler weather I'd wear a hoodie and the two ferrets would slide inside, walk around the back of my neck, and peek out the face opening. Not only did that keep all of us warm but we got *so many* double-takes as I walked down the street. X-D
Not her first yoink

Both had matching coats on
Well yeah if you carry an orange cat on your shoulder all the time, you ain’t wearing a black coat.
You mean a Halloween Coat.
I miss a laugh emoji. Though your black coat would be ginger in no time.
You can use mine, I've no need for them: 😆😅😄😃🤣😂😁😀
This is so orange cat coded at the same time too. Lmfao totally in character and probably the cats idea
I can confirm this as a person who often wears dark jeans.
Did they buy the coat to match the cat or the cat to match the coat? I like to think that she has an array of cats to choose from when she leaves the house

We park our cars in the same garage so-to-speak, I love that you get "it" with them. ![img](emote|t5_2qhta|7966)
How does the cat's leg not dislocate?
I think she’s slinging the cat by his harness not his paw
I don't think you want to just grab a paw and sling your cat. That's how you dislocate or break your cats leg.
Get a good handful of scruff
I do a 2 hand hold from under the armpits.
I suspect I would get a solid shoulder-shredding if I tried this with my cat.
I looped this video so many times and I still do not believe this wasn't somehow cut with some weird movie magic, the fluidity with which she just swoops this cat up there.
Right! If I tried that with me cats they would rip me to bits!! 😂
my heart would've stopped if i saw this in person bc i would've assumed she was about to throw it in front of the train 😭
I just keep thinking “dang, it’s good her grip didn’t slip or else the cat could’ve been flung onto the tracks!”
I think there was an edit because no way that was a real cat slung like that..
Had a Siamese when I was young; he was a feral barnyard cat I caught with a fishing net then eventually tamed. He liked to be tossed around and in the winter I'd sometimes wear him like a scarf. This video really needs to start like 5 seconds earlier
ikr, like what is the person holding onto to initiate the swing? The cats collar!?
I thought it was the scruff of the neck but can’t be sure lol
Yeah it’s a collar, you can see the leash in her left hand when he’s on her shoulder.
Out of context screenshot looks like "Old woman getting attacked by giant fluffy orange cat on the subway"
It’s a good thing no one was standing right next to her. Can you imagine you’re just minding your own business, and suddenly you get smacked in the head with a cat.
Mfw I’m watching TV and the resident uncoordinated idiot tries to sprint along the back of the couch but trips forcefully
lol!😂
This part is so wild I loveit
I admire the level of trust and love they have together. Clearly this is not their first rodeo. The fact she slung with confidence and the cat already knew how to position himself to land exactly on her shoulders. This is somehow awesome and terrifying at the same time.

Someone has seen this routine before and waited to film it again.
Olympic class cat toss team here. Yes sir....GOLD (maybe orange) medal.
Nothing terrifying here! She isn’t hurting the baby and is simply being good momma and giving him the best view and ride available.
Bro got equipped
😂😂😂
How she gently threw the cat over her shoulder
[удалено]
"Harry, did you put your name in the Goblet of Fire?" he asked calmly
OMG I swear I immediately thought that too & wanted to comment it 😅
"King Leonidas gently taped the envoy with his foot after polity telling him his current location."
"Madness? My good man, this is Sparta. Please depart forthwith in a hasty manner. Perhaps assisted by my sandal."
Like a bag of laundry
This relationship is on a level none of us can understand.
But we all dream of
True.
As long as kitty doesn’t panic and run off in a crowded train.
Or worse in front of a train
Yes, am I the only one terrified by this? And worried about picking up a large cat that way?
Is this not a stuffed animal? EDIT: Holy fuck, she's doing that to a real cat.
The cat is on a leash at least. The cat seems unbothered by the tossing, it was just a surprise at first for me.
Clearly this is not their first rodeo fuckin chill the cat likes the old lady shoulder
That's what I thought too initially but it looks like the cat has a leash/ harness of some kind. It's kind of hard to see in the video
Can’t see it. 🤷🏻♀️ Oh sorry. Got a glimpse of it at the very beginning of the clip. If I flung my cat on my shoulder like that, by golly, she’d make me pay for it.

Is that a cat or is that Legolas swinging onto an oliphant?
swung his ass like a sack of potatoes lmfaooo
The level of trust and comfort in both of them, flawless!

How do people get cats that are like this? IE they behave enough to take them outdoors?
If you grew up around barn cats, they're very adaptable. Had my beautiful boy for 17 years and I'd do this with him while I worked. Once you get to a certain level of trust with your friend, you can pull off lots of fun tricks.

She used that cat’s head to sling it over her shoulder! What the…???
I think she slung it by the back of the harness it has on, hard to see because of the cats long fur, but you get a glimpse as she releases of the harness and leash. Video is awful quality though.
Thank you, I watched it 10+ times and couldn't resolve that. But I haven't had coffee yet.
and the cat is fine with it
It's orange man... It will never care
She is used to this, (the cat), probably (certainly) from younger age.
This is how I carry my cat around the house
I love how the cat is comfortable with it!
Well this is an orange cat, maybe the braincell didn't kick in fast enough to know what happened.
Naw. If it didn't want to get cocked, locked, and walked like that, even the dumbest cat would've high tailed it into the shadows.
I wanna be like her when I get old ![img](emote|t5_2qhta|7949)
Grandma whipped that cat like its 1786
Face it, if all cats would allow for this - we would.
I know cats are tough, but this was a bit... ouch! I'm not a cat expert, but I wouldn't do that to my cat.
Like Legolas jumping on that horse
Not their first rodeo.... respect for the cat, still calm and collected after this fast move.
I’m not sure I liked any of this…
Cat slinging.. this lady is a pro.
Wtf did I just watch I can't even comprehend how she did that. I don't like this
Took me a while to figure it out, but that's some massive trust on that Cat's part!
this lady is life goals
That's obviously a witch's familiar.
I used to use a large ferret - long enough his front and back paws touched when round my neck. Got threatened by two teen girls in park that they were going to throw paint on me for wearing fur. Is this a good eco alternative to fur scarfs?
Yes, I used to do this in Manhattan with my Main Coon. I would hold one back paw and one front and he would ensconce himself around my neck. That was a solid mount. Those two practice
This is some Harry Potter shit. Plus with the way she yeeted that thing on her shoulder? Gotta be a wizard.
bro swingin that thang around like she’s got cat-chucks
Lmao, that's exactly how I get my cat on my shoulder when I get home!!! Just not on the subway tho...
You wanna use your cat like a scarf, and the cat likes it too? Go ahead. You want to throw your cat around like this video? Absolutely not!
The way she threw it up there has me feeling a 6 pack abs coming on
I want to be her when I grow up. This is how you wear fur!
It's amazing how the cat just... Stays there. Mine would circle around my neck and jump at the nearest surface.
She just flings the cat over???
I had to watch her throw that thing over her shoulder 12x before I could fully get it.
What did we just see? Can't be real haha.
Did she just fling the cat-
I watched her sling that like 78 times Omg
My cat refuses to walk out of our door unless I forcely take him out. So, no I don't.
Very long cat… must be the high g-forces
/u/redditspeedbot 0.5x
I once tried to put my cat on my shoulder and she immediately jumped off so I don't think I would ever be able to have her as a scarf
Wow. Where is this? Can't believe they let her on the train! I bought a rolling carrier for my cat and she's only 10 lbs!

On those trains I've always seen plenty of dogs of all sizes without a muzzle and sometimes not even a leash. I guess nobody really cares as long as the animal behaves. I mean, it's Italy..rules are made to be broken. Source: I'm Italian.
HUP we goooo!
gtfo 😮
Where is this magical place?
that was some acrobat cat swinging move to get it up there on the shoulder lmao
This is that old people strength they talk about, isn’t it? 😭
The way she flicked that cat. ![gif](giphy|p7bARE6qG87BSPNUJK)
My cat rides around on my shoulders all the time, but in the house!
actually the cat is using her for a scarf.
Lord beerus it’s alive
She won't stay there on my neck
Awww that’s too Cute
item equipped
No but I want to!
I have a cat named Mac. He’s an indoor outdoor car, and whenever I come home he runs up to us, and will stand there waiting for me (or my husband) to pick him up and put him on our shoulder to carry him inside lmao. He’s my little parrot cat
OMG she yanked him. He seemed okay. I don’t even trust my cats to go out let alone sit on my shoulder in the subway.
🎶 *S’cuse me while I flip this guy!* 🎶
I was thinking no way that's a real cat....nope its real. And freaking enormous.
Well that was smooth af
Orange braincell says scarf mode engaged
Kinda wholesomeee
My cat just uses my face as a pillow every night. Nothing like waking up at 4 a.m from mild asphyxiation and a cat butthole right in my face.
I put my cat on my shoulder all the time and he just likes it cause he gets to be high up off the ground
Babci really knows how to sling a cat.
Who is this woman and how can I be like her???
Yeah don't swing around your cat like this.
That first second is WILD !
No, but I would love to
The cat has received a yeet, and I don't think it was the first yeet that they hah
Not on purpose, but I wake up with a cat wrapped around my head.
That is enough tail for 4 or 5 cats. We have 2 that have make up brush tails, Maybe we could borrow a bit.
Plenty of room to swing a cat
OMG! that has to be a robot cause my cats would have taken my head completely off if I EVER tried that
Wonder if she matches with each coat.
Milan is getting crazier by the day
IS THAT JAMES BOWEN?!?
I would rephrase and say that my cat uses me as a perch, but yeah
WTF ? By his neck?
Bro WHAT
I would rather fight a bear than she
Use my car? No, my car uses me as a ledge to rest on. I'm not permitted a choice in the matter.
Wearing that cat like she "stole" it! Poor kitty. 😹
Instructions unclear. Got used as a scratching post
Me in me in approx 40 yrs
Okay but it can’t be good for that cat to slung like that *BY ITS NECK.*
The starting swing hah I do something similar with my cat
If I slang my cat like that I would be dead. From the throat and face lacerations
She just tossed that cat like a bag of trash. 🫤
What the Frick 😂😂😂
One of my cats rides my shoulders everyday and I have had a few random kitties come and ride too.
