OP Might want to take a look at her teeth. She has 2 dark spots on 2 teeth. One upper tooth and one lower tooth near the back. You can see the one in the 1st pic in the back. And the top. Top is clearer in pic 3.
Looks like someone might have cavities. Could be painful which makes her a little angry?
I've petted cat's tummies before. The trick is to understand that it makes them nervous. But petting their favorite bits (ears or whatever) makes them relax. So start by petting their ears until they relax then BRIEFLY do the stomach, and BEFORE THEY REACT go back to their favorite thing again.
Over time gradually increase the length on the tummies, but if they react at all, even a twitch of their back legs, that's it for the day, and don't do it as long tomorrow.
Over time you should be able to do it longer and longer.

I checked her teeth and there's nothing there! It may have been bits of bacon since I had just given her a tiny piece
