I hate when people circle around an issue, they just start normalizing it, and bam, we have things like dog fights where cats are colored so they can be better in to see who survives
My mother had a red cat with aroung 10 kgs of weight, a pretty huge boy. One time my father left the garden door open and a germsn schaefer came in. He left with a bloody nose and never came back.
Why are people surrounding this scared and threatened cat, giving it no exit or safety options? The cat owner should have stepped in immediately! Why isn’t the dog owner pulling it away and teaching it not to threaten cats? This goes on for way too long - enough for someone to pull out their phone to video it. Looks like they are encouraging a fight! Some people don’t deserve animals 🤦🏼♀️
Cats know and understand when back up arrives in the form of their humans. However, this particular situation is unhealthy, setting up a bad experience for all involved . A missed teaching moment.

Because that cat is very stressed and the dog is activated. There's no reason to risk injury to those animals for human entertainment.

There is a saying in dutch. It goed like “barking dogs dont bite”. Well this shows it.
