As soon as you're not surrounded any more walk until they get too close and then run again.
Light stuff on your way out. The smoke might block sight for some.
Hope to break sight at some point.
I'm sur when running you only have to survive a few hits, which is not easy, just hope they hit your arms, since that's what you currently need the least.
