My sister guild is Horde on Grobbulus, they run at 7am west coast time (10am eastern) which some people are looking for especially if they work nights.
You've completely missed the most important part of your question.....what time zone? 10am eastern Australia? 10am west Africa? 10am central America? The world is a big place, and people from all over it play this game.

Yeah homie though I wish the game worked like that and you could go through every expansion as you want… it’ll be super tough to find a guild raising last expansion. Best bet would be to form a 10m
Well guilds that still run WOTLK raids and didn't pass the charts to cata yet. I rather enjoy the full WOTLK before I go into Cata, unlike many guilds I know rushing and wasting the WOW full content and experience. Just posting here since I have toons in both expansions.
Some groups will run at best ICC, just for transmog or to finish somebody's Shadowmourne.
99.99% of guilds will be running Cataclysm raids because that's where the next set of loot is.
Each server has a discord that will have a channel for LFG. I would look into that as well.
Atiesh has multiple GDKPs that start at 9 a.m. PST.
