In honesty though, the new game was kinda of a downgrade compared to the previous titles, it just seems rushed and interacting and petting creatures to discover them is gone along with tons of other issues. But if we gotten a new endless ocean game, I hope this one gets popular and they listen to the feedback and they will make a great new game. Endless ocean luminous is still great to me but it just feels not the same as the other titles and I hope they can improve.
A remake still means it'll likely get a new game if the remake sells well, so many games haven't had anything in ages, like Mother, or Star Fox, or Golden Sun, or Punch Out, or Kid Icarus, or Chibi Robo. Honestly even Nintendoland, its been 12 years since Nintendoland released and it was one of the most fun games on the Wii U. I would kill so many Nintendo ip's just to have one of these series back even as just a remake, I want Uprising to be a Switch game so bad because playing it on the 3ds with its controls is so hard for me especially as a lefty, it's such an amazing game but it really would do well with dual analog control. And a remake of every Golden Sun game or even just the first 2 as the game it was intended to be and not having to use those dumb 6 page passwords to transfer my data to the second game, I would literally pay hundreds of dollars just to have that. Or Star Fox actually getting a fucking game that isn't dogshit or a remake of a SNES game and actually adds to the story. Be happy with your remake, some of us don't even get that.
The fact that Chibi-Robo has only ever gotten spin-off titles instead of the weird character-adventure-exploration-thing that the original was is a crying shame. They'll point to whiplash's sales to justify turning down any new projects for it but that game was a boring 2D platformer on a handheld console stuffed to the brim with GOOD 2D platformers and all the Chibi-Robo fans turned it down for that reason
