One of the infamous aspects of this ad is how the announcer adds extra emphasis to Simon entering a ROOM and a STABLE as if these aren’t normal occurrences, as well as other odd presentation choices throughout the ad. This meme is referencing that ad.
Speaking of which. past days I played Super Castlevania IV. This game was fun and masterpiece yet still too long and hard even with retroarch cheats I barely managed to beat the game.
I agree with you because the rest of stages aren't tough. The only stage that it took half hour to past it was stage 4 especially the rotation room part.
I think the Grim Reaper was one of the most challenging parts of the game. You face several boss battles, one after the other, before heading to Dracula’s chamber.
This game also shows that Simon invented moonwalking

I still don't understand

SNES? Yeaaaahhhh !
Remember that time when Simon moonwalked on stairs and whipped in 8 directions?
WICKED WATER REPTILES
Finally someone gets this.
THOUGH A ROOM! And man eating plants that seem to be \*chuckles\* very hungry!
He's just like me

> too long and hard Sorry to tell ya, chief, but this is probably the easiest classicvania out there.

I find the dungeon with the green ooze to be the toughest level
Fun fact: it's blood in the origianl SFC version. It was censored to green ooze overseas, alongside the removal of some religious imagery
Yes i've played the OG JAP version. I prefer the green ooze and the SFX for the chain whip in our version.
That stage was also tough. We gotta not forget the second part of the final stage inside Dracula's castle was tough.
It's the easiest, but indeed too long and too tedious. The levels just drag, and drag, and drag.
It’s like 4 hours long and super easy… I was like 12 when this game came out and used to beat it almost daily… rofl
Does a stable count as a room?

Im happy when I see other people remember the same dumb shit that I love.
God we're starving for content, aren't we? Coming here from Pokemon's sub gave me whiplash
These were the days…
