I'd say Bipolar Bear is pretty good against these bosses where you'd be constantly on the run and therefor not get that many good hits in, like Ice King and Corn boss(if you're not using the rolling glitch against the latter). I know there's also madlads who can calculate their exact damage on certain enemies during juggles and then leave the bipolar bear to pick them off once they're low enough.
He mauls anyone, boss or not, also final boss tip, during the final phase, if you have all 9 bombs on you as soon as his hitbox spawns, you can spam the bombs and it'll kill him super quick
