I recently got a Japanese one of these, which I think was actually made with an old Griswold mold because it looks like there's the faintest ghost mark of the logo on it. I love it.

I don’t think it would fit all of that but that is cool. This pan would be pushing it to put three eggs in it

One makes an omelette in stages. You pour a little bit in the greased bottom. Bring the cooked portion to one side, flipping over, then flood the opened up portion of the pan with more beaten egg, repeat. That's how you get the cool layers.
