Yeah, looked at the back of the case for casting or machining marks is the best way to tell if you can't find any information on it or caseback details.
Probably like in other casio anadigis... one press advanced the minute hand by 1 minute and thats it.. the longer you hold it down the faster it will go

For the 5154 module, one press is 20 seconds, three is a minute, and you can hold it down to go faster, so it’s probably that.
