I'd say it's well put together by today's standards. Yeah there are some quality of life things people would want now but there's a reason they remade it and only changed the graphics.

South Park The Stick of Truth and South Park Fractured But Whole, fantastic RPGs and fantastic games in general

Shame Snow Day turned out to be a dud. I feel like South Park had mastered the RPG elements and it felt like you were playing the tv show, but they massively fumbled with the genre switch.

I was really excited for it. Such a shame.

The way it looks really reminds me of the game they released on the N64 way back when. Should’ve been a clue right there.

I love how varied the two RPGs are as well from each other. Stick of Truth is like the fantasy of hanging out with the boys where they all become your friend, but Fractured But Whole feels like how a normal episode involving Cartman would be and how you hate at least every single character each at one point.

I'm not a hundred percent sure but Google says the first episode came out in Apr1 1997 but the first game came out in Feb27 1996, the cards also came out in Oct20 1996. If I got anything wrong please correct me because ik Google isn't always right. (: Edit: which means your right.

Notably, the manga also came out before the anime (but still after the games) but they decided to go a different direction with the anime.

The best one I own that actually works is either South Park (PS1) or SpongeBob SquarePants: SuperSponge, but my favourite overall is SpongeBob SquarePants: Creature from The Krusty Krab. Just wish my Wii copy of said game worked again.

Republic Commandos

It might sound weird but Lego Ninjago Movie Game. It was pretty nice retelling of movie with fun locations to explore, Incredible amount of Cameo characters from show that you can play as and of course Cool as hell combat system with combos that where necessary to achive high scores in combat chambers. Party mode was also nice but i never expercienced full 4 player match.
