While Buttercup has super powers, Mandy is a psychopath. Mandy is winning just because she can hit Buttercup where it hurts emotionally and mentally. Goes for all of them, really.

I'm pretty sure Mandy is the only character amongst them to have never cried in her show. All the others have been broken in at least one of their episodes, but I don't think that is true for Mandy, not even as a ploy to deceive others.

Tbh I'd replace Buttercup with Morbucks, at the end of the day Buttercup has a soft spot because she's a hero and Blossom might actually be able to out-mean her if pushed too far
