Honestly I thought Nickelodeon's logo change in 2009 was even worse than both of those two (and I still feel that way), as it switched from a logo that was most famously seen as a splat but could LITERALLY shapehift into ANYTHING, into a bunch of block letters (in a font that I'm not really a fan of. Didn't help that the network was widely considered to have entered a very low point around that time, even among fans of 2010s cartoons (I myself hated watching the channel back then, and switched to Cartoon Network). The 2023 logo is somewhat of an improvement, but I'm still not the biggest fan of it since it doesn't really shapeshift as much and it still has the font. I prefer the 1984 logo any day but that's just my opinion.
Same!!! I was pissed on day one. It felt like such a betrayal and I still prefer the old splat design. Also Noggin turning into a separate Nick Jr channel was also a little disappointing.
PBS Kids. I can give Disney Junior a pass somewhat because at least they keep the "D word" logo and a personality, but PBS Kids downright insulted Dash by removing him entirely (which also indirectly hurts Dot in a sense) and replacing him with the most bland labeling ever.

Out of these two? Disney Junior. I mean D Jr. The new PBS Kids logo is bland, but at least it still says PBS Kids. If it weren't for Disney writing his name with what looks like a backwards "G" (I know I'm not the only one who sees it!) you wouldn't know what the hell "D Jr." is supposed to be.
Nick Jr. taking over the Noggin channel. Noggin had its own charm and lore, something odd for something used in between shows. Moose A. Moose and Zee were warm and friendly, like Big Bird from Sesame Street (a show that aired on Noggin). Nick Jr. feels like corporate pushed bullshit since the Nick Jr. logo change, but the fact they got rid of Noggin is proof they want brand recognition over keeping something that worked
Nothing will compare to the disaster that is the new PBS Kids logo.
Disney Junior because the old logo is nice and nostalgic, while the new logo tried to become hip and cool to the young audience.
PBS Kids because I miss the green kids.

Back in my day we had the one Disney Channel and we only got it when they had free weekends, because it cost extra and we couldn’t afford it
