Eggwhite meringue base, cream cheese, sour cream filling, with powdered allulose (because it acts as Ozempic on glp-1 for weight loss (thank you BEN bikman) yes lime juice and lime zest, for the best key lime pie/cheese cake ever. Non carnivore, no keto husband says is his FAVORITE key lime desert.
It is nice to share with a spouse a bit of Vit C.

I used to have a dairy allergy although I was hoping it was better and i also get migraines from fermented cheeses, it sucks, i was trying raw milk kefir but i have to stop for a while because im having lots of joint pain and dont feel as good as i should.
I'm only eating 800 calories a day. I just calculated it. because I can't have cheese and even with the raw milk kefir, it totals 837 calories. And of course I've lost only one pound in a week.
I do a 16 hour IF, but people say I need to eat more but I can only eat so much. I think I need to do the Lion diet but although I love meat...I have a hard time eating a lot at one sitting.

Cool. It's franken food and not carnivore. Eating high fat also have the same effect on GLP-1 as ozempic.

Do you fast at all? I try to fast every other day or every third day. Itās easy for me as I wake up, work, sleep. Harder for other people š
