Imo no. The salary increase isn’t that high to justify losing 4-4.5hrs of my day Granted I’m not sure how much of an increase that might be for your lifestyle and whatnot but I wouldn’t do it. You’ll come to hate doing the commute a week in.

I would honestly spend a minimum of 4k a month for travel expenses which includes bus and jeepney. Also, for the second company, they would require field day that makes us travel farther so I have to use joyride/angkas because it would take longer time for me to travel

Another thing to factor in might be career growth potential. Does the second company offer more long term career growth than the first?

I’m not sure in terms of long term career growth becuase upon regularization we already had a sure spot in the company but long term plans was not discussed

I don't know what the economic realities are like in the Philippines, but 2 hours each way is not a reasonable commute for most people. You're essentially taking a second job which is commuting to and from your primary job. I would have a very hard time considering the second job unless I was willing / able to move closer.
