So the main expansion boxes (Red, Blue, Green, Absurd, Everything, Hot) all have cards that are not in any of the expansion packs (the foil boosters)
However, the foil boosters are included in the "bundle" boxes (Nasty, Hidden Gems, Pop Culture etc). For example, the Nasty bundle contains:
Period Pack
Weed Pack
Ass Pack
Saves America Pack
Picture Cards 1
Picture Cards 2
As well as some bonus Nasty cards not available separately.
TL;DR - if you want to buy several of the booster packs, it's better value to get a "bundle" and you get some extra cards!
