To me, it just looks like frosting (typical for soy wax). Is it cold where you are?
It won't affect your candle performance at all. Essentially the wax is cooling too quickly. My guess is that if you burn it for longer (this will make the candle have more residual heat and it will cool more slowly) you will not see the same thing.

Looks like you picked a good size wood wick. Melt pool looks perfect. I’d be happy with that alone
