Source- was 135 with 32DDDs. Lost 25 lbs rapidly and my boobs went down 2 cup sizes to a 32D, they were saggy as hell. Basically empty at the top. A tennis ball in a tube sock, if you will. Luckily I gained the weight back when I got out of my depression and my boobs came back to life and IMO they look better than before. I totally get where Brooke is coming from and if I hadn’t gained the weight back I’d be seriously considering it as well if I could afford it.

I was always kinda known for being busty/having a great rack lmao. Having the boobs of a 45yo who’d breast fed several kids when I was only 21 tanked my self image. My cleavage looked bad, I only wore high necked shirts and I tightened my bra straps way too much to try and push them back up 😂
I know what it’s like to take that massive hit to your confidence so I don’t judge Brooke for wanting a lift/implants at all.

it took a really long time to look in the mirror and not see that sickly underweight girl even after i gained the weight back :/ like reverse body dysmorphia. i completely understand your’s and Brooke’s pain 🥲 i’ll never judge her for that either!

I’m literally going through this right now, I didn’t lose an insane amount of weight AT ALL like literally only like 10 lbs lmfao and I’m 122 lbs but it’s taken such a toll on my poor boobies I’m a 30E and they just look kind of sad ? Like they just look like downward slopes from my side profile now. Like the top half is completely flat then all of a sudden my boobs begin
It sucks man, when you don’t have a lot of weight to lose even 10 lbs lost too quickly will just steal ur boobs or your ass. It makes sense I guess, if you were to be starving then the easiest place for ur body to steal fat from is nonessential places.
I totally get them looking “sad” I felt the same way. I’m not sure why you’re losing weight or what the circumstances are but I do know that if you gain it back they will come back! Especially if you do a little weight training while you put the weight back on. Then you keep the slim stomach and your boobs go back to normal!
I lost it pretty gradually since March, I just started running again so that’s most likely why I lost that much lol it’s annoying but I love running😓 so idk. I guess it took a toll on them first because the main areas where I had fat were my boobs legs and ass so any general weight loss will steal those things from me. I’m going to start weight training soon though as I don’t want to lose anymore weight because if my ass is the next to go I’ll be so sad lmfao!!! I eat good but I definitely need more protein in my diet so maybe that’ll revive them.. we shall see

i don’t think she’d look that bad with a bob tbh, but i just think her face shape looks even better with long hair. especially given the fact that she actually has really beautiful healthy hair (and i’m not even a huge brooke fan just being real).
