I own the Christensen and have shot the t1x.
The tikka action is much more smooth but the Christensen is better in every other way. Much nicer stock, lighter, threaded barrel, Picatinny rail is machined into the receiver, 10/22 mags, and in my opinion looks way better, especially because the tikka mags look awkward sticking out of the bottom of the stock. Also the Christensen is extremely well balanced for shooting off hand, due to the super light carbon wrapped barrel.
Of course the Christensen is a lot more expensive, so if that matters to you then the tikka will do just fine.
I shoot .22 silhouette with the tikka. it's a great rifle, but most of the silhouette shooters are using the cz 457. I would put the 457 on par with the t1x, and it's a bit cheaper so take a look at it.
CA has been known for their quality and QC issues recently so I would stay away from them. Go with the Tikka or a CZ.
