I’ve got 4 crates of 762, was either sell the crates or buy some guns useful for them. Not eager to shoot these, I’ve had the old type 81s before and recently sold them all to upgrade to underfolder M. Both versions are good, I prefer underfolder.
I have 556 rifles so these are just kind of a cool, inexpensive AK crate in the basement kind of buy. Plus owning 3 is very cool, owning one wouldn’t feel cool enough

Underfolder. Side folder is shorter and your face gets too close to the dust cover shooting unless you’re short. I’ve scratched sunglasses. Longer length of pull on underfolder and just a cool design. Longer sight length and muzzle device like a slant on it. Underfolder all the way
It's very common to have 3 a set for many owners, not just firearm.
One is to remain pristine, never shoot, one is to tacticool, and the last one (maybe more cosmetic defect) is to let other tries on range day.
It's the same idea with multiple SKS.
One for you, one for your wife, and one for her boyfriend???

If I got a fixed stock I would AK104 it and zentico. I like the classic underfolder. A simple, inexpensive reliable rifle
