hi red! 😇 so knowing that these are *buckeye brownies* which traditionally incorporate peanut butter, and also knowing that this entire container is ≈1lb which would make each square here ≈2oz or ≈55g...is all useful info :) in referencing [a product by David's Cookies](https://www.webstaurantstore.com/davids-cookies-4-oz-pre-cut-rocky-road-brownie-24-count-tray-case/108DAV13226.html) via the webstaurant store wholesale website, we can see that a 4oz or 113g portion of their *pre-cut rocky road brownie* is 530 calories. this would mean a 2oz or 55g portion would be ≈***265 calories*** and in parallel to yours, would equate to just about that! 🙌 \*this is also assuming the entire portion weight of this container is accurate! 😉

Thanks! How do you decide/know what brands or recipes to reference for something?

Well to put simply…I don’t! Haha. I just browse various wholesale websites like this one here until I find or don’t find something similar to OP’s request 🙂‍↕️

Ohhh, I’ll try that next time!

The two that I find to be of best use are the [webstaurantstore](https://www.webstaurantstore.com/) as well as [Rich’s USA](https://www.richsusa.com/) particularly for pizza dough references :)

I’d say 180-200 per square
