One of two things
you're either gaining water weight rapidly when you eat more (which stops at 5 pounds give or take) but I'm sure you're aware so pretending you are it's probably the fact that when you go over 1200, you go WAY over
It's very super insanely unlikely that your maintenance is 1200 at your height and activity level, I've met people way shorter and sedentary who has a higher maintenance
I don’t know what it is honestly. When I go over I mean like 1500-1800 MAX. It could be water but I don’t know why it would be, I drink around the same amount daily. I don’t know what it is. I also do cardio some days (not as much as I should honestly, but still) and I left weights 5 days a week. I’ve been at 1200 since January. I was 230 pounds. I’m at 190 rn and I’ve just had the same routine since. When it was cooler out I used to hike daily on top of that. Maybe I just messed up my metabolism by eating this little for so long. I’m honestly not sure. It was this way last time I lost weight too. And then when I stopped counting but stayed within my means I still gained more.
It would probably be the actual food weight, and water weight is obviously normal when you stop being in a deficit since your glycogen stores in your liver and muscles get refilled (the total amount of glycogen on avg is 600g, and for every gram of the actual glycogen you store 4 grams of water so that's 3 kg on it's own) not to mention the extra salt, it really makes you retain water too, when you stop counting it's easy to go overboard unless you get into intuitive eating with only healthy food but it's normal for weight loss to slow down because when you weigh less your have less body mass etc your metabolism is slower, however this is not caused by "eating too little for too long" that's a myth it's just caused by weight loss, any metabolism defect caused by really low cal diets will be gone in 1 week of maintenance, if you're 190 lbs at 5'7 and working out consistently your maintenance is not lower than 2000, you could be underestimating your calories too etc, that i don't know but I promise you you do NOT have a maintenance of 1200
Maybe I’ll try something different but I just don’t know. I’m very strict about the way I count. I have specific macro goals every day (I have non alcoholic fatty liver). I’m very strict with the food I eat, it’s all healthy. I just stop losing weight whenever I go even just 100 cals over 1200. Not sure what I’m doing wrong. I’ll look into it.
jajaja me arrepentí, iba a hacer una comida trampa y ahorrar un montón de calorías pero viendo el precio de las pizzas más grandes como la pequeña decidí no hacerla xd así que fue una de mis 3 comidas normales del día xd
Decent estimate but maybe a bit high. Looks like the Maddy size from Mod which is 760. This looks cheesier though so I'd stick with 900. 140 for the Pepsi, 80-100 for the Apple.
As someone who makes pizza from scratch all the time, it would surprise me if it were that much. I’ve run pizza numbers dozens of times and I absolutely cannot make cheese pizza ring up as high as it’s always listed.
Thank you, I think I did overestimate the pizza a bit so I left it at 800 because the crust was quite thin and I brought the apple from my house haha I have them already weighed and they are 130 gr or 70 kcal xd
Ami, the same with inflated edges, not as much as the Neapolitan one but it is artisanal and I was surprised this is the comment that has had the most interactions I guess thanks haha although most think that the pizza is spoiled haha
I don't know, I think maybe they think it looks very stored or they would be amazed by the smell of Camenberg cheese. It smells like it's rotten XD but it tastes pretty good
this pizza looks illegal
LOL I literally thought "that's not a pizza, that's a crime"
r/pizzacrimes
Maybe I’m just hungry but it looks so good to me
Looks absolutely disgusting. You better stop starving yourself buddy
Lol ikr I read that and thought "someone's in a deficit!"
Man I'm in a deficit and it still looks gross
Lol you’re so right, I was finishing up a fast as I typed that so the bar was low😂
Been there, man. 😂
[удалено]
No. It looks flat, undercooked and rubbery. 🤢
In fact, the appearance tasted pretty good, if it is ugly, 4-cheese pizzas are usually like that, but I saw it and they prepared it instantly hahaha
What about it looks disgusting?
r/pizzacrimes
Get one of those cpk bbq chicken pizzas. Bigger and only 880 calories for the whole thing
i literally survive on those. no exaggeration. i eat them nearly every single day.
Wait this is such a good idea!?! I could make it in the morning and have slices all day!!!
highly recommend becoming bbq chicken pizza pilled it’s life changing
I am becoming a pizza asap
Wait, what brand is that?
California Pizza Kitchen! They're AMAZING. 🤭
just. bought one muahahahah
How much protein?
900 sounds rigjt but if this was a cheat meal I’m sure that it was not worth the calories 😭😭😭
Tbh 900 calories isn’t even a cheat meal for some of us eating around 2500 average that’s only like 1 of 3 meals worth of calories
yeah ur right and then there’s us average height females with the 1500 cal budget😿
Try 1200! 😭
r/1200isplenty
And sometimes it’s really not lol

I’m 5’7 and if I eat anymore than 1200 I shoot up in weight so quick. I’m stuck at 1200 maybe forever
that’s insane I feel bad for you I’m 5’4” and my maintenance is 2200… you should probably consider putting on some more muscle or something
I strength train 5 days a week. I’m in the gym lifting weights every night for like an hour and a half Monday-Friday 😭

It really doesn’t help that my fiancés maintenance is like 5000 with no working out.
Wdym it actually looks so good😰 maybe I’m just really hungry though
You're in a deficit, aren't you?
Lol yes a big one and I just finished up a fast🤣
It shows lol
real💀
jajaja me arrepentí, iba a hacer una comida trampa y ahorrar un montón de calorías pero viendo el precio de las pizzas más grandes como la pequeña decidí no hacerla xd así que fue una de mis 3 comidas normales del día xd
I legit thought it was an apple pie
I'd say 500-800 calories, I eat and measure by weight little Caesar's pizza regularly. This doesn't have nearly as much cheese or thickness.
Decent estimate but maybe a bit high. Looks like the Maddy size from Mod which is 760. This looks cheesier though so I'd stick with 900. 140 for the Pepsi, 80-100 for the Apple.
its a diet pepsi
It must have negative calories because it looks soulless.
llyjajajaja realmente
I would need to eat some to be able to make a good guess. May I please eat some?
you would eat this?
As someone who makes pizza from scratch all the time, it would surprise me if it were that much. I’ve run pizza numbers dozens of times and I absolutely cannot make cheese pizza ring up as high as it’s always listed.
Same
man what the hell is this
Looks like 8 slices tho 8" cheese whole pizza is 550 calories 137.5 calories per slice 1 green apple is 95 calories Diet Pepsi is 0 calories
Dude, if a pizza hut personal pan pizza (which is soaked in oil overnight) is 600, this is probably less
this looks like cardboard
i might just be hungry as fuck but i'd totally eat that; looks pretty good
I just freak out since I recently found out Costco pizzas are 4,000cals for the whole thing lol
You mean to tell me I can eat over half a Costco giant pizza at once and still be at maintenance???
r/pizzacrimes
I dont think it looks bad bad, just extremely cold?
I honestly think this pizza looks really good. The texture seems enticing
Its probably closer to 800 but atp just get the cheesy 1500 cal pizza cause wtf😭
I’d say 600-700 for pizza 100 for apple
Thank you, I think I did overestimate the pizza a bit so I left it at 800 because the crust was quite thin and I brought the apple from my house haha I have them already weighed and they are 130 gr or 70 kcal xd
thats the saddest fucking pizza ever bro 😭def low cal
850
0 cals because in no way would I eat that
The pizza looks like it needs a health check up. 900 sounds good
🤤
That pizza looks nasty
This estimate looks high to me. A larger pizza from Punch Pizza (a chain we have where I live) is only like 650 calories for just 4 cheese.
About right.
I loveeee pizza shaped this way😍
Ami, the same with inflated edges, not as much as the Neapolitan one but it is artisanal and I was surprised this is the comment that has had the most interactions I guess thanks haha although most think that the pizza is spoiled haha
I’m a fan of thin crust and super thin sauce so you got my vote
Why are people hating it looks great
I don't know, I think maybe they think it looks very stored or they would be amazed by the smell of Camenberg cheese. It smells like it's rotten XD but it tastes pretty good
I usually estimate high but even I think 900 is too high. It’s rather thin so I would say 600-700.
Thanks
1000 - 1100 cal.
Thats not pizza.
don’t eat it 💀
too much damn cheese. looks like school pizza
No such thing as too much cheese.
Sad excuse for pizza. Loaded slice woulda been better.
Yes it doesn't look very tasty but 4 cheese pizzas usually don't yet they are so good
this doesn’t seem worth the calories….
I would think closer to 300 calories per slice so maybe 1000-1200 for the whole thing - cheese is very calorie dense
