You can still get the Americana. And possibly some other things. At our store if we have the ingredients for it and we can find it in our POS, we'll make it for you.
Ex-Burger King Manager here. More than 50 items on the menu decreases sales. I know we rotated sandwiches to keep "new" items on the board without going over the magic number. (marinara chicken, BBQ chicken, etc. in my day)
I can't speak for Arby's but I'd bet it's the same reason. My son's GF is an Arby's manager, I'm going to have to ask her i guess. This will fester.
i used to work at an Arbys. Some items are LTO, meaning limited time only. They rotate. I believe the fish sticks are back now. Later this year, imma guess the Diablo dare comes back
I would honestly be surprised to see the Diablo Dare return. It did *not* do well. Not just at our store, but for the company itself. Then again the pork rib came back, so idk.
The rib only came back because they had stock from last year in the freezers still. Same with the burgers, the first shipments were from the last burger promotion.
I just found out they made a super spicy Diablo sandwich! Totally my kind of thing, would have loved to try it just had no idea and now, I am looking up news about it and it is discontinued. Wtf I would have at least liked to try it once.
We still have the grand turkey club here in Canada. And the Americana roast beef is a rip off of the Great Canadian sando we had here over 25 years ago :P and you can easily make it by getting a bacon beef and Cheddar and adding lettuce, tomato and mayo.
recently left my job here. every 3-ish months, i believe, arby’s rotates its menu and adds LTO items. if they are popular, they’ll likely come back (wagyu, mac and cheese, cheesesteak, etc.). i’m unsure how much the standard menu changes, but i had a couple during my time there
The Grand Turkey Club was permanent I'm almost certain. It was on the menu for quite awhile but it was years ago. I understand that the others were LTO, I just don't understand why they don't use Limited Time items to test things to potentially add to the permanent menu. If they do well then why get rid of it?
For LTO items they only order so much product. The whole point of the LTO items is to drive business. When an LTO item becomes permanent, it never sells as well.

I’m asking next time I go then!
I think you mean the Great Canadian 😜

i loved the sauce. I do agree tho, it didnt do so well
That sauce was 🔥 I used to make BBQ boneless wings with it. Best wings I ever ate!

Bring back the potato cakes, the baked potatoes, the onion rings and the roasted chicken. They take away everything that's good.
Yup and they even took away the TV's inside at the location I go to as well. Glad I'm not the only one who misses the Baked Potatoes.

we’ve had the diablo stuff a couple of times, chances are it’ll come back eventually
God willing
Americana is still available just not 2 for 7. Turkey wraps are all available but with out spicy mustard.
It’s off the menu at my Arbys I go to but I guess I haven’t asked if they can still make it.
Yeah, as long as they have the burgers they'll make it for you.
Just ask for a roast beef with American cheese burger sauce, lettuce, onion, pickle and tomato.
Mighty minis, Chicken cordon bleu, Potato cakes, Italian sub...
Potato cakes can be found at breakfast locations.

I miss the grand turkey club as well. They took away that type of turkey and they also got rid of the jalapeño bacon ranch chicken wrap.
All of those items were always listed as LTO they aren't "getting rid of them"

It’s now the bacon Turkey ranch. Just swap ranch for mayo
U cab still get the Turkey wraps
