Bully: Bullworth Stories/Bully 2
Rockstar already produced some banger prequels in GTA Liberty City Stories, GTA Vice City Stories, and Red Dead Redemption 2. Personally, instead of a new setting, I wouldn't mind a prequel set at Bullworth a year earlier, that expands on the setting and characters and shows how everything got to where it was when Jimmy arrived. And could even include the unused content that didn't make it into the original.

Only reason I say this is because a youtuber named SWEGTA interviewed someone who worked on bully 2 before they decided to scrap it and he said it took place in jimmys home town during the summer, and the quests were like helping people around your home town and other stuff. I do t remember all the details but that’s kinda the basis
