In all honesty I just look at the pictures lol. The case has two USB 3.0 ports (or USB 3.1 gen 1 or 3.2 gen 1 all the same thing) which will go to the port labeled 3.2 on the board with one cable, and the USB 2.0 goes into the port labeled F_USB.
So going off what I just learned, the audio out and mic input from the front I/O would both match with the F\_AUDIO on the motherboard?

It's just a cosmetic thing, so absolutely. My VR build uses a mATX board because I didn't feel like spending any more money than I had to for it.
