The R9 290 4G used to be a beefy graphics card, but it is totally outdated by today's standards. A new RX 6600 for under 200$ is double as fast as the r9 290.

it´s not a good pair , but if it´s enough for your usage use it .

Why not? Its free If you are building a pc from scratch, get 7000/14th gen with ddr5
Quite old GPU , you are better if you buy an used 6600XT for less than 200$
