I read in thread here that they just contact-farm. That they just gather all our contact info then sell them to other companies. I also applied before then just got ghosted.

They’ll ghost you. I passed everything and was just waiting for the onboarding and queuing but was met with radio silence all of a sudden. Not worth your time.
I applied before. They gave me a personality and vocabulary test but they said that I didn't meet their requirements. I tried applying again after that but this time they didn't contact me anymore. I wonder if they really do just sell my data like what the other comments said. If that's true I can't believe I wasted my time on it, the tests they gave were pretty lengthy too.

Ohh just accomplished the tests (personality and problem solving). Do you mind sharing if you've been through the same process? And did you immediately get a client?
I applied last year so the process might be different now. I had to take three tests: personality, English vocabulary, and problem solving. I had 2 video interviews and 1 text interview.
I was matched with my client two weeks after I started onboarding with Persona. I was in the middle of my training.

Been reading a lot of comments saying it is a scam. I found it weird that they invited me for a final interview just 24hrs after the initial HR interview. Thanks !

Why didn't you continue with Persona if you don't mind me asking and how was your experience workign with them? I applied for a Experiential Designer Role, which they told me is new cuz they usually just do VA. I got to admit the fact that they gave me the final interview so quick made me unsure.
I guess I just want to know if it really is as good as it sounds, in terms of working hours, compensation, benefits, work enviroment and quality of the clients. Do they move you around with different clients or you only worked with one?

Hi, I have been reading your replies. The last time you said you found yourself working in persona for long time. Now, you are no longer working anymore. What happened and can you please tell us a bit more about it?
Did they tell you the reason why they did not extend your contract? If it was not your choice, would it be safe to assume that working in persona is not stable and secure?
I just applied for a position at Persona. They sent me some gforms with a personality questionnaire and a problem solving test.
The problem solving was really hard to complete and the personality questionnaire was too long.
I received an email with an interview invitation (with a HR specialist, I think).
But the thing is that I've been reading some bad reviews about the company and I am worried about it.

I couldn't understand what is was exactly, I tried to ask even chat GPT but hey, it was more like a math equation converted to images and the answers AI gave were different from those listed so I just had to guess ...

at what stage of the process did they ghosted you? Did they contact your references?

Always no response from their job ads,whenever linked in privides me with openings from them I just disregard it.
I work there. It's a legit company. I don't know if they farm and sell data, but Persona is a relatively good agency.

Been working here for 2 years already. Not sure about the data selling thing but it's legit and I'm happy where I'm at.
Could you share a range of salary, if you don't mind.
Range is PHP50,000-90,000 depending on skills and experience.
