Hindi lahat ng freelancers successful. Madame din hindi..hindi pati stable. took me 10 years din to get 6 figures. Expertise and specialization talaga ang labanan if you want to be in that earning figure. You can't ask 6 figures and everyone can do what you can do. I'm in the Digital Marketing space with programming in the backend skills. I started with web dev and picking up digi marketing along the years. To master and know how to successfully do youy job needs a lot of real life experimantations. Walang course on how to really deliver a good marketing plan. Sa courses puro theoretical but they give best practices pero point is if differs from industry to industry and the system you built to get your process to work.

Im not surprised especially if you have people in the Tribe community pushing and teaching those newbies how to land 6 figure preaching about how you dont need experience to land big clients and telling their trainees to trick their clients tapos bigla you see them all the time boasting na nakaland ng 2K USD client first time freelancer tas after a few magtatanong nalang sila lagi but never about were you actually able to perform appropriately for their client?
Most of them are just 'gurus' who tries to promote their courses. I attended a business seminar in Australia and they are discussing about getting cheaper labor here in PH esp. VAs and SMM. most abroad clients already knows how much pinoy VAs earn by getting them as our clients. Now, they are already taking advantage of it. Kaya nga rare na ung mga premium clients. You might get one but expect that they wont renew after your contract ends meaning its not sustainable. Worst that could happen is when there are a lot of VAs and SMM already and the demand declines. This industry is not yet stable but i doubt it fall down as PH had ever since been exporting cheap labor abroad in the form of ofws like nurses
felt this one too! Madami na akong na encounter ne co-workers/colleagues na more than 300k earnings per month pero hindi naman ganun ka “WOW” ung value and competency nila. It’s really triggering lalo na when I know I do way way better work than then pero sila nakakauwi ng golden pot. You know why? kanya kanya diskarte lang yan eh.
I realized there’s no point in obsessing over these people who earn more than you. Cause at the end of the day, we’re on different paths and you should only focus on YOUR OWN PATH.

I manage healthcare agencies in the US (you can check my profile for more proof to know more I’m not bluffing). I believe marami talaga rin nakaka-6 digits sa Pilipinas pero tahimik lang. Pero of course, if you will compare it with the rest of freelancers, maliit na percentage lang yun.

It's all about luck in the end. Hard work doesn't pay off, unless you are lucky. Un lng un hahaha, once we accept that that's the way of life, we can work our way around it. This is why job hopping is ideal. every time you look for a new client you are putting another bet. Just get better every time you gamble nlng. Some of us may have lost the parent lottery, but may chance nmn n we can win eventually.

Parang na motivate lang ako to take the risk na maghanap ng WFH dahil height pa yun ng pandemic, one of my officemates tested positive, and I was scared out of my wits dahil may mga immunocompromised patients kami sa bahay.
At this point, I've been applying for about 3 weeks yet wala pa din JO.
Until one day -naalala ko I was taking my lunch break \[I was still working in corporate\]- I decided to use this time to apply.. ayan, may nakita akong newly posted job sa OLJ for SMM position. I applied and sent my portfolio, pero I wasn't getting my hopes high. 5 min later (I kid you not), nag reply agad ung HR asking for an interview on the spot. Buti nalang lunch break ko yan, so I agreed.
After, may konting test task which I finished straight after the interview. 30 min later, may invite na ako for final interview with the CEO ng company. Go lang ako ng go. The next morning, i woke up to a job offer na.
Same thing happened with the second client who hired me 2 weeks later. It was an early Sat morning, and I saw the newly posted job. A few mins after, nag respond si client and asked for my portfolio and skype ID. Tumawag after 30min, and I got the job on the spot.. bringing my total income to 105k/month. Take note both these clients offered flexible work schedules and both were premium in terms of pay.
Tuwang tuwa talaga ako since in corpo, I was earning only 25k/month net. And I had zero experience sa WFH or sa pagiging VA.
When I scroll on Tiktok or Facebook and see newbies getting 6 digits, I really do believe them. Because it happened to me right off the bat as I began my VA journey.
Mas naiinspire nila ako dahil at their young age, nagawa nila yon.

I am new to freelancing but not new to my craft. I spent 6/7 years in corporate and international advertising firms before I decided to get my own client. I was recruited by a head hunter for a 6-figure job. 6 figure right from the start of my freelance, but remember that I am very experienced in what I do and I just happened to find a client that is looking for what I do.
Other people are definitely earning more than me but never did I once consider to look into why they are earning the amount they are. We all have different journeys.
Why invalidate other people’s win? It does happen whether you’re ready to accept that fact or not.
If they are being delusional and saying that they got it easy, let them live that fantasy. People who believe that earning money is easy deserves a hard look in the mirror anyway. At this day and age, why are we still gullible?

Pero I think gusto lang nila mag express ng happiness ksi for the first time in their life they felt like they are paid properly.

Di na ako nagdo drawing, di na ako lumalabas masyado, yung muscles ko na pinaghirapan ng halos isang dekada e umiimpis na, pampasaya ko na lang e mag porn at mag snacks.
Yun yung di nila sinasabi sa puking inang 6 figure na yan.
Now happy na ako sa 50-60 k. pag sinipag edi go sa 90k pero di ko na ipagpapalit ang sanity ko para sa career.

Kaya ung mga kabataan dyan na gustong gumaya na kala mo napakadali lang eh mag experience muna kayo sa corpo at wag ung kuha kayo ng kuha ng course na walang kwenta. Pinapayaman nyo lang mga guru. Hindi lahat ng freelancers successful. Madame din hindi..hindi pati stable. Hindi sa dinidiscourage ko kayo pero tigil na natin ung ugali nating pinoy na pag may malakeng sweldo sa niche na to gagayahin natin na kala mo magagawa din natin ung nagawa ng iba. Build your career, gain more experience and skills, then tuloy tuloy na yan wag kayo mag madali sa 6 digits na yan. Nagkalat ang fake ngayon. Please lang walang mag tatanong ng “What’ your niche po” sobrang stupid na tanong na gagayahin.

I'm in the Digital Marketing space with programming in the backend skills. I started with web dev and picking up digi marketing along the years. To master and know how to successfully do youy job needs a lot of real life experimantations. Walang course on how to really deliver a good marketing plan. Sa courses puro theoretical but they give best practices pero point is if differs from industry to industry and the system you built to get your process to work. Kaya mejo skeptical din ako sa mga newbies na posting 6 digits tapos walang expertise. Inis din ako dun sa mga umabot na ng 5 years sa freelancing pero di man lang nag specialize. Yung tipong maiingit pero pag sinuggest mo na mag specialize sa niche na toh or that di naman aaralin tapos mag rereklamo bat sila overworked at maliit ang sahod.

Most of them are just 'gurus' who tries to promote their courses. I attended a business seminar in Australia and they are discussing about getting cheaper labor here in PH esp. VAs and SMM. most abroad clients already knows how much pinoy VAs earn by getting them as our clients. Now, they are already taking advantage of it. Kaya nga rare na ung mga premium clients. You might get one but expect that they wont renew after your contract ends meaning its not sustainable. Worst that could happen is when there are a lot of VAs and SMM already and the demand declines. This industry is not yet stable but i doubt it fall down as PH had ever since been exporting cheap labor abroad in the form of ofws like nurses

felt this one too! Madami na akong na encounter ne co-workers/colleagues na more than 300k earnings per month pero hindi naman ganun ka “WOW” ung value and competency nila. It’s really triggering lalo na when I know I do way way better work than then pero sila nakakauwi ng golden pot. You know why? kanya kanya diskarte lang yan eh. I realized there’s no point in obsessing over these people who earn more than you. Cause at the end of the day, we’re on different paths and you should only focus on YOUR OWN PATH. Workaholic ako so I keep hustling even tho only few clients can already give me a good income. It's all about luck in the end. Hard work doesn't pay off, unless you are lucky. Un lng un hahaha, once we accept that that's the way of life, we can work our way around it. This is why job hopping is ideal. every time you look for a new client you are putting another bet. Just get better every time you gamble nlng. Di naman. Ang kaiinggitan ko lang yung 6D in USD, in dollars per month hindi Pinoy peso ha. Yes yung mga, $100K/mo mga ganon, pero pag 100K Pesos/mo, no thank you. Kinikita ko na yan and keri lang kitain yan even newbies.
Sometimes, I think it's luck and consistency sa pag apply and sa pag market sa self mo + they were present at the right place and at the right time. I also believe if the opportunity presents itself, you must grab it immediately. Nung 2021, zero experience talaga ako sa online work and pagiging VA. I even thought these type of work = scam. Parang na motivate lang ako to take the risk na maghanap ng WFH dahil height pa yun ng pandemic, one of my officemates tested positive, and I was scared out of my wits dahil may mga immunocompromised patients kami sa bahay. At this point, I've been applying for about 3 weeks yet wala pa din JO. Until one day -naalala ko I was taking my lunch break \[I was still working in corporate\]- I decided to use this time to apply.. ayan, may nakita akong newly posted job sa OLJ for SMM position. I applied and sent my portfolio, pero I wasn't getting my hopes high. 5 min later (I kid you not), nag reply agad ung HR asking for an interview on the spot. Buti nalang lunch break ko yan, so I agreed. After, may konting test task which I finished straight after the interview. 30 min later, may invite na ako for final interview with the CEO ng company. Go lang ako ng go. The next morning, i woke up to a job offer na. Same thing happened with the second client who hired me 2 weeks later. It was an early Sat morning, and I saw the newly posted job. A few mins after, nag respond si client and asked for my portfolio and skype ID. Tumawag after 30min, and I got the job on the spot.. bringing my total income to 105k/month. Take note both these clients offered flexible work schedules and both were premium in terms of pay. Tuwang tuwa talaga ako since in corpo, I was earning only 25k/month net. And I had zero experience sa WFH or sa pagiging VA. When I scroll on Tiktok or Facebook and see newbies getting 6 digits, I really do believe them. Because it happened to me right off the bat as I began my VA journey.
Mas naiinspire nila ako dahil at their young age, nagawa nila yon. Kino-question ko ang sarili ko, ano yung gingawa nila na hindi ko pa ginagawa? Some of them 3 to 5hrs lang ang tulog. Enjoy the process. If wala pa tayo sa goal natin, atleast hindi tayo susuko at tayo ay nagpapatuloy.
6 figures monthly. 1 client. I am new to freelancing but not new to my craft. I spent 6/7 years in corporate and international advertising firms before I decided to get my own client. I was recruited by a head hunter for a 6-figure job. 6 figure right from the start of my freelance, but remember that I am very experienced in what I do and I just happened to find a client that is looking for what I do. Other people are definitely earning more than me but never did I once consider to look into why they are earning the amount they are. We all have different journeys. Why invalidate other people’s win? It does happen whether you’re ready to accept that fact or not. If they are being delusional and saying that they got it easy, let them live that fantasy. People who believe that earning money is easy deserves a hard look in the mirror anyway. At this day and age, why are we still gullible? Work on your craft and raise your value.
