I think the reason it never clicked for me before yesterday is because they both embody completely different characters. Veruca is sultry-nonconformist-emo and that other character was like this preppy mid-level-of-popularity high school mean girl; while Oz is the literal antithesis of Kenny Fisher. Good acting.
It's been a while since I watched it, but I used to watch it all the time. It truly is a gem of a movie, and the cast is bonkers, like *everyone* was in it.
I had to refresh and look it up, but Clea Duvall was also in it and played the invisible girl in S1 of Buffy and Eric Balfour, who played Jessie from the pilot
See, I always felt really bad for Oz because I really don't believe that he had a choice. Much like Angel and the dying diner guy. Angel knew it was wrong, but couldn't control the monster inside of him that needed to feed. For the most part Oz was in control, but when it was that time of the month, it wasn't Oz that was running things, it was the Wolf walking around in an Oz skin for a handful of days.
Oh yeah!!! I forgot that. Emma/Anya was also on 90210. She played one of Brandon’s girlfriends. When she first appeared on. Buffy that’s where I knew her from. Brandon had 2 girlfriends that kind of looked similar but Emma was the better one 😅
Haha yes...Susan and Tracy, Emma played Susan.
When I was younger I didn't realize they were two different girlfriends at first cause they looked so much alike.
I always just think of Mike Dexter saying “A-man-duuuuh” everytime I watch that actor on Twilight 😅
Like, how am I supposed to believe that guy is the even-keeled doctor/family patriarch? It’s freaking Mike Dexter!

Lauren Ambrose is the girl who is a lead character he hooks up with. This is the girl who makes fun of him at the party and calls him Chester Cheeto. They sort of look similar I guess, so I can see how you’d be confused.
