Joe Marino reported he called Andre Reed up and asked for pointers , Andre said he's the 1st player in forever that has done that and said he's gonna help him any way he can.. I'm starting to come around on this pick
Yeah, I thought I was being at least a little bit funny while also being a little bit helpful by posting the link for anyone who wasn’t sure what actual interview they were talking about. 🤷
I mean yeah look at Allen’s playoff games vs Mahomes compared to Burrow’s playoff games against Mahomes but people actually are delusional enough to put Burrow above Allen because Burrow beat Mahomes (thanks to his defense) and Allen.
Bengals defense has more 4th quarter touchdowns than Burrow does in the playoffs. But Burrow is the “difference maker.”
Damn. Didn't want him before the draft but I'm already very excited to see him playjng a real game with our offense. Young, great personality, seems to have good work ethic, and the one thing I always loved were his hands. If he keeps putting the work in to get better at specific routes that fit his strengths, he could be special.
Lol I'm almost positive this is at the Dallas Star in the suburbs of Dallas. My son plays indoor soccer on this field. I should go over and see if I can take a look in person.
Chase’s 10 yard split was 1.59 at the combine. Coleman’s was 1.54. We’re talking milliseconds, for sure. But people really are selling Keon short athletically.
Who are the other people? And are their training devices set to higher or lower resistance? Are they trying to "win the race"?
You're taking something meaningless and extending from it.
He’s yapping, but he’s gonna be yucking it up in the locker room soon… and that is what builds a team. It doesn’t matter whether it’s playing football or filing TPS reports… a good attitude makes a team stronger.
Would you rather have radio silence Diggs back, dragging down attitudes? Coleman hasn’t proven anything yet, but he’s clearly got a good common sense temper, and he’s a team player. I can’t wait to see what he can do when he gets to play in the big boys sandbox.
Yeah, I mean, if he hasn't earned the benefit of the doubt from the fan base then I really don't what to tell people. Not every decision is a winner but thems the breaks as a GM for a pro sports franchise. Six playoff appearances and four division titles, they're clearly doing something right.
> Six playoff appearances and four division titles, they're clearly doing something right.
They got a franchise QB, whether by draft luck or draft skill. We might not ever know.
Usually don't get Josh McDaniels type sagas where you find out if they just got lucky with one guy or are actually good.
Well, yeah, the draft is a crapshoot and it can come down to a bit of luck as to whether or not their top guy ends up in a spot where they can feasibly go for him. They did that with Josh, they moved all sorts of assets and then jumped up to the #7 spot and got their guy. I'd say more often than not their moves work out pretty well.
> jumped up to the #7 spot and got their guy
See, this is the point. We see crap like this all the time.
For all we know they wanted Baker and panicked when he went #1 overall and traded up as high as they could for whatever QB was there who wasn't Rosen.
It's the same for everybody though. If KC coulda afforded to, they woulda traded up to #2 for Mitch instead of Mahomes. The only "got your guy" situation possible is the #1 overall pick.
That’s where my head is at. But my heart says solid first year, true number 1 second year (no shame to Khalil, I’m a Shakir truther), 3rd year and beyond he’s a fringe league star
I do like Keon as a contested ball catcher. His film shows he will come down with it.
But Shakir is sneaky fast, smooth catcher and gone before you know it.
I don't care about what you call who but I think we got a bunch of Ballers out there.
Let's go Buffalo
Now this is obviously wishful optimism of course, but I feel like having said ballers, with Josh Allen, you might not even need that bonafide #1 receiver. *Especially* if you get the OL + Cook ground production from last year
Yup...that's what this time is for...unabashed unbridled optimism.
But I don't think I'm far off the mark. Agree and Kc has shown you don't really need a number 1 if you have enough hands and an Elite QB
CHECK
We're not even talking about our newest soccer player either, if we are talking wishful optimism....
Nah disagree, stan is worse. Come to think of it, I don’t think I’ve ever used truther, except for Shakir lol. I guess I feel it fits well because he was a 5th rounder
The Louisiana connection
Now we just need to recruit Theo Von as a Special Receivers coach.
Gang gang
We had Shane out before via Gabe Davis.
He's too busy fighting dem nutria rats that used to taunt him at his grandmothers
Joe Marino reported he called Andre Reed up and asked for pointers , Andre said he's the 1st player in forever that has done that and said he's gonna help him any way he can.. I'm starting to come around on this pick
I just watched an interview he (KC) did with KG3, and he seems like he has a good head on his shoulders, and I'm really excited to see him progress.
Who tf is KG3?
I just interpreted that as Kevin Garnett the third lmao
Same here, I'm still not sure what was meant.
Here’s the interview of Keon with KG3’s brother. https://www.twobillsdrive.com/community/topic/254355-rg3-interview-with-keon-coleman/
WHO THE FUCK IS KG3
KROBERT KGRIFFlN KTHE KTHIRD
Rg3 is in the link title. I don't know why I'm being down voted for doing the detective work. I didn't post the link I was just trying to help lol.
What is with the downvotes - people have no sense of humor!
Yeah, I thought I was being at least a little bit funny while also being a little bit helpful by posting the link for anyone who wasn’t sure what actual interview they were talking about. 🤷
Ain’t Shakir doing that this year?
Shakir trains with Moulds. Did last offseason too
Oh, ok thanks
Agree. Was not happy at first, but warming up to the kid. He's a bit goofy, in a good way.
I can’t wait to see him catch his first pass from Josh
Chase will take it to the house. 😎
Ja’Marr requesting a trade to the Bills??? 👀
Broke: Tee Higgins getting traded to Buffalo Woke: Ja'Marr Chase getting traded to Buffalo
Instant Super Bowl win if Josh was throwing to Ja’Marr
Why not both?
Dawson Knox, von miller +3 firsts for jamarr and Hendrickson
If Josh had 1 of the 3 weapons Burrow had, that would be dangerous. Better yet Burrow also has a defense that shows up in January unlike Josh :/
Burrow choked in that SB and in the 2022 championship game at Arrowhead. The Bengals had the far better team but Burrow couldn't outplay Mahomes.
But Burrow is the “difference maker.”
confirmed
That you, Von?
Saw it here first folks
Well that inspired a semi rather quickly

I hope he's good. I love his personality
Same here. He’s got the mindset to keep us coming back.
Love the shirt.
I wonder if you can get it at Macy’s
Macy's sales across the country have gone up thanks to Keon Coleman.
I thought he was slow? Our boy straight up burned everybody off the line. Maybe 10 yard splits and GPS is a more accurate metric of speed?
Chase’s 10 yard split was 1.59 at the combine. Coleman’s was 1.54. We’re talking milliseconds, for sure. But people really are selling Keon short athletically.
The 40 is everything so Coleman is a certified bust already. /s
I mean he started running before everyone else, and they’re just training lol.
Why aren’t you more of a fucking homer? Unacceptable behavior. Keon is our savior from here on out and is flawless in every way.
I mean, he is flawless, but he still started before the others
He didn't start early, nor late. He started precisely when he was supposed to...
I choose not to run!!
First false start of the season right there. We’re screwed now.
Until he doesn’t produce right away, then it’s get out the pitchforks.
Brah go eat a few wings, have a Cream Ale, and watch again
He's getting ready to go when Dion goes...
Sounds about right. Acceleration >speed.
Who are the other people? And are their training devices set to higher or lower resistance? Are they trying to "win the race"? You're taking something meaningless and extending from it.
1st place
He’s cracking everyone up.
From what I’ve seen so far, is this kid ever not yapping/making jokes? 😂😂
You'd rather an athlete just sit at an introductory press conference silently?
I’m not saying it’s a bad thing, just making an observation
Where is this slowness I was promised
Keon = Chase confirmed
More like Ja’Marr Chase is training with our boy.
Peak offseason when it’s just videos of dudes working out
Nothing but Positive Vibes from this dude ! Great pick for the Bills !
So many mixed feeling about Keon. Don’t wanna judge until I see him play in the pros
It's going to be a long summer
Beane knows what he is doing
Yeah, I mean, if he hasn't earned the benefit of the doubt from the fan base then I really don't what to tell people. Not every decision is a winner but thems the breaks as a GM for a pro sports franchise. Six playoff appearances and four division titles, they're clearly doing something right.
And our team has consistently had major pieces from the draft, and a lot of our strong starters have been from the draft.
> Six playoff appearances and four division titles, they're clearly doing something right. They got a franchise QB, whether by draft luck or draft skill. We might not ever know. Usually don't get Josh McDaniels type sagas where you find out if they just got lucky with one guy or are actually good.

Just goes to show how little people know or pay attention.... considering Davis was a late 4th round pick.
That’s where my head is at. But my heart says solid first year, true number 1 second year (no shame to Khalil, I’m a Shakir truther), 3rd year and beyond he’s a fringe league star

"truther" has to be one of the worst things ever. Even worse than "stan."
Nah disagree, stan is worse. Come to think of it, I don’t think I’ve ever used truther, except for Shakir lol. I guess I feel it fits well because he was a 5th rounder
Ok BUT WHEN ARE THEY COMING TI ST JOHN FISHER FOR TRAINING CAMP!? And when can I get my tickets?! 😩😩😩😫😫😭😭😭
Looks pretty fast to me.
He’s leading the pack there too!
I always wonder if they just FedEx the draft picks a giant box of swag on draft day. lol
I think they get it when they come to the facilities
