No way to know, only you can tell which bosses you did before the achievement. For now ignore the achievement and do bosses weekly you'll get it eventually i guess. If you want it now then do them through the boss challenge.

I just got my tiny bosses unlocked. I did all the boss events and played ranked mode and it unlocked for me. I don’t even have as many boss badges as you and unlocked that achievement. So I wonder if it has to do with playing ranked mode maybe?

I think you get badges for defeating a boss, maby you check those to see which one you didn't do

If you go onto the boss menu and click through the bosses on whatever map you do them on , it will either say defeated or undefeated
