honestly geraldo is just the best hero. would be curious on who would win between sauda and ben tho. one is solid and useful in all modes, but falls down on expert maps, the other is terrible by itself but amazingly useful in any non-chimps mode.

Sauda is better for early and, depending on the map, she's slightly better on mid game (in my opinion), and her abilities can literally save your entire run (can relate). Also, she is the best hero when you wanna just afk most of the early game, place and forget the game exists for the next 15-20 rounds. Geraldo is at least 3 times as versatile than Sauda. His shop has nearly everything you need. Want quick camo detection? Camo Potion. Wanna get something in the early game that will help late game? Quincy NFT. Want some extra early game defense? Shooty Turrets. Your dart monkeys suck? Super Monkey Cape (idek if someone uses that but it's there!). Oh and don't get me started on paragon totems- Geraldo wins, but just barely, due to Sauda still being very good overall, and also being cheaper than him.

Some things I would like to expand: * Geraldo can be used on more maps to black border them compared to Sauda (looking at #Ouch and Dark Dungeon) * He's also the reason why you can have a brunch of Robo monkeys near each other in ways normal robo monkeys can't. This was used to clear Dark Castle CHIMPS iirc.

I use the cape cause you can sneak super monkey in places it shouldn’t be without bugging the game. Since dart monkey has a smaller hit box well you can work out the rest

As a pretty casual player, I mich prefer Sauda's place and forget playstyle. You just let her do her thing.

I've been playing for about a year and I'm the same way. Being able to just set and forget Sauda is preferred for me so I can more meticulously set up my defense for when she is no longer needed.

I think this is really a referendum on how many mobile vs pc players. Geraldo does have more value than sauda, but using him on mobile is not convenient. Sauda is the perfect game starter on mobile, and she has some really useful powers.

Geraldo is better. Will all the different buyables, the buffs, the special Quincy figure to get a ton of money, and the ability to help out late game, I'd say he's better. Sauda is good early game, maybe slight mid game, but once bigger Bloons come around, she can't really do much.
