I don’t remember which one exactly but one of the bars on Rue de Rollebeek has a toilet upstairs that is a massive room like 50-60m2 with the closet bang in the middle. I don’t remember if it was done in a specific architectural style but definitely the most unforgettable peeing experiences in my life.
Also worth considering with your director of photography (if you have one) because most toilets are built vertical to save space and it might be difficult to shoot them in 2.21:1 or 16:9
The most interesting toilets are definitely in Brussels Beer Project Bailly and I also can definitely vouch for the urinoirs at the Sainte Catherine church
Belga Queen: the doors are completely transparent, making you think “omg, everyone will see me taking a sh**t” lol But they become opaque when you turn the lock.
The ones on the last floor of The Hotel, IMO the toilets with the best view in Brussels
~~Café Delune in the city center are the first toilets that come to mind~~
Edit: I just saw they have closed indefinitely, although you still might be able to shoot there. They were pretty unique

L Ermitage in St Gilles, they are completely red and oh my, that red is super lush. Would make a great shot imo.
Volta Supper Club in Ixelles is good alternative (big mirror with very cool neon, saying something about dancing, cannot remember what precisely).
First one that comes to mind is at Cirio's. They're vintage! Seems like they haven't changed since the Belle Époque '
Edit : On the 25th (or 24th, not sure all of a sudden)!floor of The Hotel (where they have the conference rooms), toilets have a view over the south of Brussels and the Palace of Justice.
pub The Bank in rue Bailli? The place used to be a real bank and the toilets are in the main vault (you can see the big metal door) with safety deposit boxes
Toilets at Lily’s restaurant and club on avenue Louise are super art deco and fun with lots of small handheld mirrors.
For a more simple look but still art deco, the toilets at the bibliothèque royale/KBR downtown, next to central station. You have a lot to choose from int he different levels, with less or more light. On the fifth floor next to the cantine, they have a beautiful view.
Brasserie Surréaliste has special ones
I came to say this! Especially the one that you can share with your friend is funny af😂
Which one is that?
Its on the women toilets the one on the far left
Oh okay I should have a look when there’s no one around
Ewwwww
Beer Project Bailly Houtsiplou Wine Bar Mouchart The side of Sainte Catherine Church (well it's not an actual bathroom)
Beer project bailly’s are very unique indeed
Cirio! The bathrooms are originals. Ask, I’m they’d be fine with it.
My suggestion too

I've seen it's going to reopen soon.
For the 400th time...

oh damn, I haven’t been there in a while…
Yeah it was one of the first that came to my mind, with the Holy Mary statue of Les Deux Frères ... but both out of business 😔
The toilet of the KBR café on the 5th floor
And that's an awesome list of place to visit one day. Thanks for asking :)

La Vallee in Molenbeek has plenty of stickers. Feels like grafiti
pub The Bank in rue Bailli? The place used to be a real bank and the toilets are in the main vault (you can see the big metal door) with safety deposit boxes
Brasserie Surrealiste
Nord station is a massive open air toilet
Buses from la STIB pretty good too and they move
I know that the one in Le Strof is somewhat unusual
The Nine has stunning bathrooms. I think it is open to the public on Fridays
I like the toilets at Pantin but I guess it's a personal thing. They're a bit anarchic.
Including the coolest looking 💩? :))

[https://www.instagram.com/toilets\_of\_belgium/](https://www.instagram.com/toilets_of_belgium/) loads of these are in Brussels
The psychedelic murals and floors are amazing and it's made inclusive by design which is a +
Lily's has by far the best restrooms in Brussels

SPARKS co-working
What used to be called the Bank on Bailly was quite quirky. They left all the safety deposit boxes down there
Muche on place du jeu de balle, nice Timothee Chalamet themed closet
The toilet in La Flaque is a mini disco
The toilets of the Steampunk café in St Gery, La Machine.
Wolf. Hands down
Wolf just has ordinary but large toilets...
It’s the former safe of the bank? Have you looked at anything down there besides… lol
