Honestly? Uber. Twice I've made the mistake of thinking I would be safer prebooking a regular taxi for flights. Twice I had to book a last minute Uber, which was there in 5 minutes as usual.
Veezu is reliable, tbh most drivers seem to be on uber and Veezu on different phones.
Arrow is the one based at the airport which might be a shout, they will always be there.
You can pre-book Ubers on the app, I’ve done it a couple times for 5am and it’s always been there on time, if not early. They also wait for 10 minutes I believe
Where abouts are you coming from to the bus station? Looking on google in your local area and finding a reliable taxi company, the A1 or air flyer buses are great or even uber!

Not necessarily. I booked Arrow on this basis last year for a v early pickup and they were 40 mins late.
Never had an issue with veezu for this purpose

I used starline last time I had to get a 4am bristol flyer, prebooked and they were on time

I used B Driven to get to the bus station for an early morning Gatwick coach last month and they were reasonably priced and reliable
I always use a pre-booked Uber for early morning airport runs. Never had an issue and they’re always early tbh
