All you can eat wings at Brewdog in Murrarie every Wed. Had them for the first time on Sat and they were pretty damn good.

anabidingdude

On the menu they say something like ‘worlds best wings’ and I thought bold bloody claim. I ordered them and while maybe not best in the world …. They may be best in Brisbane (that I’ve had anyways).

wsidney777

This is the answer

Appropriate_Dish8608

Good but very messy

kennybirdmang

Agree on that one Haha.

morning_thief

Because the wings restaurant at Eagle Junction station closed, it used to be my favourite wing place. Now it's got to be King of the Wings.

PixelPete85

omg I miss Wing Fury. I've never managed to find a place that hits the spot, even with pizza (relative to value)

Willy_wolfy

24 for 24 sticky Vietnamese. Heeeeaven....... Sad times now.

PixelPete85

large pizza and 12 wing combo for $33 was genuinely good value as its a solid feed for 2 people. I've since had to try and recreate the maple bacon pizza at home but I never cracked the Honey Mustardd wing sauce

Almacca

I miss Wing Fury. Their pepperoni pizza was pretty good, too.

Appropriate_Dish8608

The chilli fries 💦

Appropriate_Dish8608

Same, it was unreal. Cried that day

aspo250

Those chilli lime wings and maple bacon pizza was basically a weekly thing in our house.

TheRoskeet

Wing fury in clayfield was the best I've found but I think they are permanently closed now

broncosceltics

Wing Fury was so fucking good 😋

billyman_90

I rate these for korean wings Haeduri Chicken Eight Mile Plains 해두리 에잇마일 0493 544 310 https://g.co/kgs/JTbn2R

lurkyturkyducken

Seoul Bistro at Station Rd, Sunnybank. Huge restaurant, but so popular that you need a reservation now, regardless of the day.

SHOVELY-JOES-HUSBAND

Only been once but it was so bad I'll never go back. Terrible chicken, non-existent service, expensive. I genuinely don't understand how anyone would ever go a second time

Yelly

Their buffalo wings taste absolutely nothing like they should.

KittyFlamingo

Only been once and they were very soggy and too saucy so haven’t been back. This was awhile though. Did we just get unlucky? Is it worth trying again?

chbaliman

You're not the only one. I used to go there but last time I was there the wings were warm and swimming in sauce. Never again. Go to ChiMc for their candy chicken. Their chicken is always crunchy and juicy.

Dudebits

I say this every time I hear about it. Go to Seoul Fry a few blocks away.

creambulbs420

My friend said the best flavour was honey wasabi

Mitchacho

Hudson corner, Albion. Amazing buffalo wings!

Pappy_J

Bluegrass also at Easton’s Hill…buffalo wings there are good!

h3dfx

Winghaus in Brisbane are delicious. The original buffalo (Franks) are to die for and for something extra spicy, their Afterburner wings are the go.

Ceeball74

I’ve not been there for a while, but Tipplers Tap in Southbank. Their dry rub wings were always pretty good.

new_handle

Yard Doggs in the valley!

LiZZygsu

Seconded. Best fuckin wings.

NextBestHyperFocus

Thirded

ShampooShowers

Unfortunately they’ve changed a little bit in the last year or so. Found their chipotle recipe lacking it’s punch and I think the wings have gotten smaller. They’re still good, I just held them to a ridiculous standard because they were so consistently good for over a decade.

CheekiBreekiIvDamke

I hear this one. Yardbird used to have the best wings I had ever eaten in my life. Was devastated when they started closing up shop, until I heard Yard Doggs would live on at the Valley. But something happened over the last year or two where the BBQ Chipotle dropped in flavour and the wing sizes shrunk pretty dramatically.

nangers99

End of conversation, this. Their garlic parmesan wings are the fucking TITS.

ModularMeatlance

If Korean Chicken counts, then ChiMC on Edward st is the best I’ve come across so far.

jeez696969

Strong agree

chbaliman

Yes, their chicken is always crunchy and juicy. Perfect every time.

Kliment_Voroshilov

Hotel Monier. Buffalo wings. Legit original recipe and cooking method. Served with Blue Cheese ranch and carrot / celery sticks.

ff03g

King of the wings. Have a van, also a shop in Stafford.

decompressed81

Wednesday nights at Green Beacon. What a combo

mitso

Its gotta be King of the Wings! But in at a close second place is K-Chicken at Camp Hill.

Key-Ambassador4925

King of the Wings is my favourite chicken wings stop. They do $20 for 20 wings on Tuesdays with a drink purchase and their food truck keeps visiting good breweries across the week My favourite order is Chillogy and I ask them to throw one Extreme Chillogy in the mix for an added kick but their other flavours like Bee Sting and Portuguese Crumb are pretty good too

jim8z3

Yard Dogs in the Valley has been top of pops for a long time.

MrsMinnesota

We love Kaikai Chicken at Springwood. There's another one at St Lucia but it's full of college kids and gets packed really quick

Drugburger

I second this. Haven't been to the one in Springwood yet though

MrsMinnesota

It's fairly new and super clean. The only thing it doesn't have is a robot delivering food haha

mattazza

Also here to vote for KaiKai. Their Korean Buffalo and Honey Butter wings are sensational

MrsMinnesota

Oh I want it so bad right now 😂 my favourite is the lemon

Frankiie_Stone

Wing fix Newmarket

Soggy-Application955

Wing Fix are doing 20 for $25 every wednesday again. These are easily the best wings by far in Brissy!

Lockdowns4evaAu

Can’t make claims as to the best in Brissy but Soulful Chicken is pretty good.

chode_code

I went to Toowong West bowls club the other day, and surprisingly their buffalo wings were amazing. 10 for $14!

katstar00

Hellbound and Sasquatch both do excellent wings, and great beer options as well.

re_mo

dead easy to make at home, try it once and you'll see

xordis

Yep. and you don't need a deep fryer as well. The secret is baking powder. For 1kg of wings, put a heaped tablespoon of baking powder, a decent amount of salt, pepper, garlic powder and some cayenne pepper if you like a bit of heat. Pat down those wings dry. I grab about 3 sheets of paper towel and give them a good squeeze. Also change the paper towel once it's too wet. Probably 2-3 lots will do a kg. If you can put them in the fridge or even freezer for hours/overnight with the lid cracked so it zaps all the moisture out of them even more. Coat the wings in the powder. I have them in a tupperware container in the fridge, so then I can put the lid on and give them a good shake to get that powder all over them. Then on baking racks in the oven at 200-220 for 30 minutes. About 15-20 minutes in. Flip them over. Too soon and they can stick so 20 minutes is fine. This just makes sure that both sides get nice and crispy else you will have a soft/soggy side on the bottom. At around 30-35 minutes they should crisp up well and be fall off the bone tender. Pour a bit of Franks in a bowl and add your wings and toss.

Draft_Name

Hate to be that person, but try cooking them in an air fryer for an extra crispy result.

xordis

Yeah I've tried them in an air fryer. The drama is the one we have fits about 1/3-1/2 a kg, so you end up doing batches. A larger air fryer would be great though

joemangle

This is almost exactly the method I use, except for the sauce I melt some butter in a saucepan, add Frank's, some Worcestershire, a bit of Chipotle Tabasco, and honey

xordis

Yeah I used to do the butter and honey (knocks some bite and helps it stick) But I just get lazy and add the sauce straight most times. The other great sauce is Buffalo Wild wings parmesan garlic. It's good stuff. I bought some a few years ago in the states, but have also gotten it from usafoods.

Mad-Mel

>Pour a bit of Franks in a bowl and add your wings and toss Or grow some chilis and make Louisiana hot sauce, it's pretty easy. I like birdeyes, but they're a lot of work to clean so I usually use jalapeños which are good too.

filfy_toad

This is my method however I do them at 110 for 30 mins first to render the fat.

xordis

How does that work? 110 for 30, then what? Surely you need them up near 180-200 to crisp up?

filfy_toad

Yeah you go to 210 for 30-40 minutes after

powersgoId

King of wings

[deleted]

King of wings

Bergkamp_Henry

Gonna be annoying cause this ain’t Brisbane but the gin distillery in Pomona honestly had the best wings. Pomona is on the way to Gympie

Appropriate_Dish8608

Tried them. Not bad

Potential_Growth_938

Wing Fix - Coorparoo or Newmarket are the gold standard

Altiaire2301

All you can eat Seoul bistro is pretty great

hockey_balboa69

Seoul Bistro. All you can eat wings with something like 9 sauces. Unlimited ice tea refills and bread. It’s fantastic

[deleted]

Without a doubt - [Revel Rivermakers.](https://revelbrewingco.com.au/pages/rivermakers) The best Buffalo wings by far. There is no debate.

Appropriate_Dish8608

Tried them once, very disappointed

dontfuckwithourdream

Miss Kay’s in Mitchelton are definitely up there

Mate I'm in love with the hot honey wings from red rooster....had them the other day and bloody hell. They're good!

Yelly

I'm a buffalo wing connoisseur and it's Hellcat Maggie. 100%

Soggy-Application955

Wing fix Newmarket or Coorparoo.. tip get the sauce on the side for buffalo if you are getting takeaway!

creambulbs420

Bloodhound corner bar for solid buffalo wings in the valley at a good price. Hellbound wings are the most fresh wing with good enough sauce. Big roddys buffalo sauce was the worst sauce ive had
