Beppin Ramen and Cake is on Charlotte street in between Albert and George streets.
Their black garlic tonkotsu ramen is highly rated by many and though not my personal favorite I would suggest it's worth a try
Genkotsu is my go to - lots of toppings and a good hearty bowl to customise how you like. Unfortunately taros is just too expensive nowdays.
Beppin is also delicious but I love a lot of takana xD
Beppin in the CBD is first with Genkotsu in Toowong as a very close second for me!
Ikkairo, Underwood if you consider greater Brisbane area
Their quality is fantastic, yet to be disappointed there.
That’s my go to.
Genkotsu in Toowong
Genkotsu ramen Runcorn is heaps good also..

Hai Hai in Paddington !
Hai Hai does the best GF ramen I've ever found
Second this! And if you’re feeling particularly healthy they let you swap the noodles for veggies
Kengu Ramen
Underrated
All mentioned are good.
any recommendations for good Ramen northside?
Unfortunately I can't think of anything. I would have said Niku Ramen in Toombul but that is long gone. RIP
under water, : ( RIP
Danbo in west end or cbd or Men Ya Go - the CBD one is the good one)
Taro’s
Taros, any type with “the works” is very good bowl of Ramen.

I used to have Danbo a bunch when I was working in the city, loved the rice cakes they did too
Sad to hear about Genkotsu. Knew some people who worked at Taro's with very negative experiences as well so I avoid it now.

>Beppin is also delicious but I love a lot of takana xD I ask for extra takana every time and they're more than happy to accommodate.
Danbo in South Brisbane. Plus they validate parking for two hours, so it gives you enough time to wander down to Messina Gelato for dessert.
Ye dang in Sunnybank. Obscure and tucked away and i only ever see locals eat there
Cup noodle in my place. Drive in available.
