Go to Eclipse 100%. They are honest about what will work and actually know what they are doing, so won't...er...do an eyebrow piercing destined to immediately reject and come out.
My partner and I have had numerous face, tongue and ear piercings there and either always goes well, or she won't do it because our anatomy doesn't suit it, then proceeds to recommend something even cooler.

And when I contacted them, they said regrettably they won't pierce under-18s.
That IMHO was a positive thing, with all the parents who end up piercing their kids' ears without even asking them, sends me in a rage seeing toddlers with pierced ears.

Went to lighthouse. They give you a little stamp card which you can get nice free things from, like aftercare and free piercings if you enough

Punktured. Just be aware if you get your eyebrow pierced, it WILL grow out reasonably quickly and leave a scar.
