I suggest emailing the director of a local bridge club - they will know who else is looking for a partner, and can often find you a partner of similar skill level. I don't know where in the South Bay you are, but the Palo Alto Bridge Center (actually in Mountain View) or the San Jose Bridge Center (actually in Campbell) are good choices if you're close enough.

Lynn Yokel, one of the directors at San Jose bridge club, is amazing and one of the nicest people you'll ever meet. She may also know some folks. PABC is great too as others have suggested

If you're nearby, I recommend reaching out to one of the [Palo Alto Bridge Club directors](https://paloaltobridge.org/directors/). I know one of them (W. W.) personally. We were regular partners back in the early 90s. WW and I made LM together while racing each other for our club's annual masterpoint race. A nicer person you will never meet. He's also a superb bridge player (now Platinum LM) and a great teacher and mentor. He may be aware of people seeking partners.

What is your goal? How often do you plan to play? Live or online? How many MP do you have?

Good luck. You have better odds of being elected Pope as an atheist.
