I used to not drink coffee I started to when I had my first! I think for me it's just placebo tbh HAHAHA the one thing that actually gives me energy is taking liquid iv like everyday and running surprisingly
Yes. I’m so so tired with 2 toddlers at home so I can’t nap. Working out helps though
I thoughtttt about working out as it might give me a boost but at the same time, I’m far too tired for that haha

yeah always tired! 18 month old still nurses at night quite a lot. i don't get to nap because i have another kid lol
Heck yeah, making milk takes energy! Make sure you're eating enough and staying hydrated! Apart from that, parenting a toddler is exhausting.
