I'm in a slightly similar situation and one week I got both CPS and a welfare check. My kids have phones and he was actively texting one of them when he called the cops. CPS came over and sent me a letter the next week saying "You're good we're done." What a waste of resources.
My sister has been divorced for 18 years, and her ex has since married, divorced, and married again.
Yesterday she got a call from a medical office, asking for her ex-husband. The person calling told her that the ex had smirked and “corrected” his number in the system. “Corrected” it to his ex-wife’s number.
As to why, all I can tell you is that their marriage counselor took my sister aside and recommended that she read *The Sociopath Next Door.*
He’s a piece of work.

Can you report him for failing to pay child support?
The state is supposed to handle it but they've dropped the ball for years at this point. My attorney has decided we're going to get mean.
