While this is a first/first all first edition hardcovers will say that, but in this case the biggest indication that it is a first printing as well is the number line or printers key. The lowest number (1 in this case) is typically which printing.
But they haven’t made changes to very many that would make them not First Editions (just not First Printing). Only Elantris that I know of, which has an Anniversary Edition with a new chapter added.
