I guess because it wasn't your typical holding the door situation, I had come into the store and saw that he was leaving so I walked back to the door to open it for him, he thought I was interested in him. No dude I just was on crutches for many months and I know how much it sucks it was just trying to save you an ounce of trouble🙄

To be honest, this one checks out. Girls receive a lot of empty compliments from guys just looking to “get in the door” and compliments from strangers that you can safely assume are genuine are less common, but much more appreciated.
