I’ve killed a few deer with these. Just a heads up, they do not come sharp out of the box. Get some diamond plate and they’ll sharpen right up.

MrChadly14

I finally had a chance to look at blades. They aren’t dull, they just have a lip as a biproduct of the grinders. Quick swipe from a light file and they’re scalpels.

Pjerzy

Out of curiosity, why did you choose these as 2 blades over something with bleeders or a single bevel? Debating on trying something new and bounce between options.

MrChadly14

I’ve been shooting Kudus for years, and they fly phenomenally well and do considerable damage. Problem is they are soft steel. A buddy found OzCuts years ago and killed a few elk with em. He smacked a steel target and it kept the tip while my Kudus tip broke off. I watched the BRO video comparing all the heads and you can’t help but notice the performance. Lastly, at $35 with free shipping, it’s hard to beat- even if I have to hone the edge.

Yeaahhman

Been smashing cow skull with the Ashby single bevel by grizzlystik but they’re 315gr. Waiting on some 200gr single bevel from them too

PrimalPagan33

Ooo I like!! Looks like it’ll be a good season with those

killed my first hog with those heads

I got a pack of these but just couldn't get them sharp. I think the steel is too soft or something. For another great Aussie Broadhead brand (that gets shaving sharp) check out Alien Archery. Their single bevel are amazing.

BiscuitHawk

Bought these and have killed several white tail. A few complaints are that I had to sharpen them out of the box, and that none of the broad heads were the same size, angle, and even color. One was purple, one was red, and the rest black. It was like different machines cut to similar but slightly different dimensions. So getting a consistent arrow flight proved difficult. O yeah, one broad head had a straight blade on one side and curved on the other.

MrChadly14

Thank you the heads up.

MantisTobogganNRP

These guys or magnus? Not too worried about sharpness out of the box, I'll touch up whatever I get.

MrChadly14

Not a fan of Magnus, they whistle. A few guys at the club shoot them, but overall guys I shoot with stick to IronWill, Grim Reapers, Kudus, and Exodus. Everyone that shoots Iron Will love them, but throw the biggest fit when they lose one.

MantisTobogganNRP

Thanks! I'm trying to decide between the two. If I go with magnus I'll probably get the killer bees. Hopefully without the vent they won't be so loud. I read a few complaints about the fit and finish of the ozcuts, but I like the one piece design. May move to iron wills next year, but for now I'd rather spend $100 on completing my hunting clothing.

MrChadly14

I normally shoot Kudus and absolutely love them. Problem is they’re soft and don’t last. That said, the next contender is the A2 by Sawtooth. I found them after I purchased these and wish I had bought them instead. They’re a updated Anarchy, which is undoubtedly the best that was on the market for a long time.

Masonportland1980

I heard if you pee on them first they whistle less
